Winnie is a great host, the studio was exactly how the pictures showed, clean and tidy and spacious. The instruction to enter the Airbnb was easy, the staff and security were very friendly and helpful always ready to answer any questions. The cleaner was thorough and very helpful and respectful. Communicating with Winnie, was excellent via text and always responded with quick responses. Winnie was so kind to help me out with a tour guide visit to Nairobi National Park for my Safari, and to check out a little later due to my later flight home. Virginia was an incredibly responsible and attentive host—always quick to respond, eager to help, and consistently checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The local recommendations the host shared greatly enhanced our experience in Nairobi. The building is very convenient for travelers. There’s 24/7 security at both the gate and within the building, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. the easy access to taxis and motorbike rides right outside the building made getting around the city super easy. Inside the building, you’ll find a mini salon for both men and women, several grocery stores, and a few kitchens that can prepare and deliver meals right to your door. The rooftop has a nice swimming pool and a pool table, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Virginia's place is ideal for budget travelers or anyone who doesn’t need a lot of space but values comfort, safety, convenience, and a great host. We had great stay and definitely recommended!

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, in a quiet part of a nice neighbourhood. Sharlene is super positive and responsive, and even accomodated a change request for the booking once my dates changes due to work. Thank you! :)
