The area was beautiful! The house was as described and was perfect for our group of 10. It was nice to all be able to sit at the table together for meals. The kids loved the back yard and Jim was great with answering questions and giving suggestions.

This house was perfect for our weekend! It's in a lovely, quiet neighborhood near a wonderful walking path. We were also within walking distance of a local coffee shop that we visited each morning. The shower had great water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. We have friends in Bellevue and would book this house again.

The home was very nicely decorated and in the perfect location. Close enough to town where you can walk everywhere and far enough away where you can feel separated from the downtown core of need be. The hosts were incredible and the local representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It is my understanding that they have a new booking process and it made it so easy to complete the reservation. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ketchum. Definitely will be back!!!

We had a great time staying here for my husband’s 30th birthday. A great weekend, beautiful home, and beautiful town. Would recommend to all!

The house is in a u-shape surrounding an inviting patio accessible from 3 inside doors. So u feel like the outdoors & light are part of almost every space. The lg dining rm table is central to the kitchen & entire house--easy for meals and conducive to cell phone use/ sharing and conversations. Bedrms offer good privacy. The back yard invites u to be outside for morning coffee and meals. And also to explore the wooded neighborhood and find the miles long walking/ bike path. On the S. side of Ketchum---thus avoiding the traffic there. Highly recommend this place and how responsive John was to any of our questions.

Great place to stay in Hailey. Walking distance to stores, restaurants. Very well kept backyard, great for dogs. The house was very clean, the house’s amenities were very good. I will definitely be staying here again.

We were very comfortable in Joanie's rental. Beautiful location and easy drive to Sun Valley for downhill skiing.

Great location at the west end of Warm Springs, around to the north side of Baldy. Lots of space and privacy for guests on the first floor, with a loft 3rd bed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Place heats up a bit in the summer without AC, especially in the loft, and some of the windows are designed to open without screens. You just need to be comfortable with that at night. Otherwise it will be hot at night! Overall nice amenities, plenty of towels and sheets, as well as a stocked kitchen. Like a lot of rentals, it could use a little TLC. Prices in Ketchum are skyrocketing, rentals are no different!

Amazing location with views of Bald Mtn, walkable to hiking trails, sledding in the ‘backyard’, a 5 min walk to the SV Lodge, all while feeling incredibly private. The hot tub was great. The house layout was perfect for our small family with two little kiddos (4 and 2 years old), and the in-law unit downstairs is perfect if someone in your group wants a bit more peace and quiet. Comfortable beds with plenty of extra linens if needed. Scott and Emmi were very responsive throughout the stay for any questions we had. We’d definitely come back here and couldn’t recommend it more!

Perfect location for exploring Sun Valley. This town home looked just like the pictures and the grounds were exceptionally landscaped. Was a perfect place to work from home and then go for a hike or bike ride or try one of the local restaurants. Or if you don't feel like going out - dinner on the deck was lovely. The beds and bedding were perfect and I love the soft blankets in the living room. There are a lot of places to choose from in this area and I highly recommend this one. We had a lovely stay in Ketchum! Bruce’s place is within walking distance of town as well as trails in gorgeous scenery. The space is clean and has everything you need. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

I took my parents, brother & partner to Sun Valley to ski before Christmas. This airbnb was perfect for us. We cooked one night, went into the town for the second night - it suited us very well. The airbnb is fully equipped too. And you can’t beat the sauna!

Very comfortable, cozy and convenient condo. The unit is well stocked with everything one might need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The unit is a short walk to the Warm Spring base, and it is in a very quiet, private location. Marty was super accommodating and helpful. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat !
