Monthly Rentals in Kent County

We had a great time and it's excellent for a getaway! The place is very peaceful and private. It's a small house so it was great for a couple + dog but I believe it would bee too small for a bigger family. There's a huge area outside that my dog enjoyed a lot. There're also parks, beaches and trails not too far away that are worth visiting. The host was amazing before, during and after our stay, providing great tips and supporting us when needed. The house was clean and comfy but we had some problems with flies that kept coming inside somehow, probably attracted by the lights. Also, there are limited options for restaurants during the fall, but we'll book another weekend next year during summer for sure!

Beautiful place! We were very comfortable and it was super clean. Jane was quick to respond and we appreciate her flexibility with the check-in time. Very beautiful area for striped bass fishing! We even caught some fish behind the house. The only small downside is that we would have liked a little more products and equipment for the housekeeping of the place. (All-purpose cleaner and rags) I recommend it 100%!

The hosts were so very gracious and welcoming. Very thoughtful and honestly thought of everything that would make the stay more enjoyable and easy. Will definitely be booking again
