"STEP 2 SEA",as the title says, is beautiful residence for 8 people, situated directly on the beach, in Kaštel Štafilić. It is 500 m2 estate,20 min by car from the Split and 4 km from the Trogir city. Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. Apartments are rented to the same guests who know each other. WELCOME TO "STEP 2 SEA"!

Studio apartment Lintar is a new accomodation, situated in one of the nicest places on the Adriatic coast, bay of Kastela. It is rarely know information that bay of Kastela used to be called Lintar, the reason why my beautiful apartment got this name. Lintar is just 20 meters away from the waterferont in a bright sunny pedestrian zone street. Here, everything is on your hand, pebble-sandy beach is a 3 minutes walk, grocery shop, open market, restaurant, caffe bar, all in a 50 meters reach.

Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.

A modern apartment overlooking the sea. The apartment is located in a private house in Kaštel Štafilić, only 20 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the beach. The apartment is fully equipped (TV, washing machines, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, dishes, basic food, basic hygiene supplies, towels, bed linen...). The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen with dining room, living room, bathroom.

Nest42 is a cozy waterfront house nested on 630m2 of garden oasis, perfect getaway for two persons that want to chill in shade of trees or take a dip in the sea. House was designed in 70s by famous architect from Split Frane Gotovac so it has unique design compared to other houses in Slatine. In 2019 after renovation it is available to couples or friends who want to escape and have a vacation just for two.
