Adorable 1 bedroom cabin with a lake view

(The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open). Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy. Please please be certain of your booking dates. Cancelling reservations negatively impacts our small business.

Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. Pets ok with extra fee. No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

This year round heated cabin (no water in cabin) has use of a separate building called Basecamp which has 7 bathrooms, free laundry facilities, a double kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of seating. We are located right in the heart of Soldotna with easy access to everything in town and are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula with access to Homer, Seward, Capt. Cook State Park, and countless adventures. This location is a great jumping off point and features close access to fishing at the world famous Kenai River just a few minutes away. The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.
