Monthly Rentals in Karbers Ridge

Our stay at Stacey's place was an awesome experience. This little slice of paradise was exactly what we were looking for to disconnect from reality for a few days. Everything we needed for our stay was there when we arrived. Bella and Andy (horses), Oreo(pony), Hiney(donkey), and Oscar the cat greeted us every morning. They come right up to the fence and are super friendly. Our kids had a blast playing football and going to the creek with Codi and Graham(Stacey's kids). If you're looking for a great get away for the weekend in Shawnee National Forest, this is your place. It's super close to all the best hiking sites like Rim Rock, Garden of the Gods and many others. I would give it 10 stars if I could, and we will stay here again.

This location is absolutely perfect! Our bachelorette trip enjoyed every minute of our stay. It is close to some great hikes and beautiful spaces. We also were located close enough to do some other hikes on the other side of the national forest. We loved all of the recommendations given and all of the amenities provided. The scenery around the property was incredible and the hosts were super friendly. Beds were comfortable. All of the furnishings were comfortable. Everything was clean. There were 5 adults and everything felt very spacious. The master bathroom was amazing!

The Mayfield Cabin was just as described. Cozy and comfortable, surrounded by nature and animals. All the animals are friendly. The family feel is just right. Learned so much about the area and the mules from the Mayfield family and will definitely be back and recommend to others. Even having the barroom outside of the cabin was just fine for us. So close to garden of the god and cave in rock.

Awesome place to stay ! Alice was a great host, super friendly, the place was very clean, great shower pressure. it had chickens, ducks, and bunnies and also a very nice and cozy fire pit, very relaxing and private. we had great weather and it was beautiful outside.
