We LOVED our stay at Amila’s family’s Homestay. In fact, it was the most special and our trip’s favorite. The family was super welcoming and the surroundings were gorgeous and serene. We woke up every morning to watch the sunrise on the lake. It is also really close to the historical sites in Dambulla and Sigiriya. Amila’s brother Chamika helped us with transportation from the airport and around the Homestay and Amila’s mom cooked us delicious Sri Lankan food in their traditional kitchen. Also the price is unbeatable. We HIGHLY recommend their place!

One of our best stay in Sri Lanka, very very very friendly person. Loved her whole family, very welcoming. Place was neat and clean, breakfast was more than great, even dinner which we asked to make for us. Breakfast is included in the price, dinner we paid and it was not expensive at all. We felt like home. Thank you for hosting us in such a wonderful place. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Sri Lanka :)

We were lucky enough to stay in the treehouse for three nights. Great host, great location and terrific accommodation. Was particularly wonderful to throw oneself in the pool after a hot sweaty excursion day. The food was fantastic. Wouldn't change a thing

Our stay at the new treehouse was very nice! You feel like you are in the middle of the jungle by the sounds of the animals. Host was very nice, helpful, and quick to respond. The safari booked through him was an unforgettable experience!

We had a great stay at the Treehouse. Before we checked in, the host responded to our inquiries promptly and was very helpful with every question we had. The Treehouse, in general, was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was a homemade meal prepared by the host themselves, and it was absolutely delicious. We felt right at home and would gladly come back.

The place was great. The family is very friendly and the breakfast is really very good. I recommend eating at Anus Mutter's restaurant. The food is very good. You feel at home and Anu takes care of everything. Communication wasn't as easy as we hoped, but in the end, it worked.
