Great stay; 10/10! Wonderful communication and we loved the welcome guide which provided everything we needed to know prior to our stay. The suite was so cute, tidy and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone staying in Kona, we loved it. Thank you!!

Joseph’s place was such a great vibe! From the second we pulled up the driveway, we couldn’t believe the beauty of the place. And then when we opened the front door, it just kept getting better! Beautiful spacious living room that was actually much bigger than the photos looked! The yard was inviting and we got to watch a gorgeous sunset and moonrise, and sunrise! Our 1 1/2 year old loved the grassy area and the gym mat. Immaculate and clean, the bedrooms were private and spacious with great airflow. We even forgot some items in the dryer, one of which is a sarong heirloom from my deceased mother, and he is graciously holding them for us until we return! 11/10 recommend and we are already booking his place again. Perfect location for flying in and out. Very comfortable bed. Clean and fresh towels and linens. Everything we needed was provided. Owner was very helpful if needed.

Great place less than a 10 minute drive to the Kona airport and about a 15 minute drive from downtown. Nathan communicated very well with all the details. The shelf of items (shaving cream, sunscreen, aloe) left by prior guests was very appreciated.
