Monthly Rentals in Jimena

We stayed 5 nights. Carlos was very responsive and easy to work with. The location is very close to Corte Inglés for any needs, such as more Tassimo coffee pods for the coffee maker, and stocking up the kitchen in general. Very comfortable space for lazing about. Steps from Parque de Concordia as well as the main bus station. Several restaurants nearby including right next door to Michelin rated Restaurante Casa Antonio. The available parking is great but it is through a super narrow historic archway, so if you’re renting a car, rent a small one :)

The apartment is just as described, quiet and very cozy. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. It is very conveniently located, very close to everything. 5 minutes from Downtown. It has a bar very close by for dinner that I recommend 100% La Calancha. And a little higher up for breakfast, a churrería where they also have very good toasts. Antonio Jesús was always attentive to any questions and responded quickly. The last day he also gave us flexibility to leave after lunch, quite a thoughtful gesture!!! Looking forward to returning to Úbeda to repeat.

Very clean and well located apartment. You can leave the car on site and go to the center in 10-15 minutes. Ana was very responsive, and her son Vincente was very welcoming. Thanks both of you

Great stay. A very comfortable apartment, it makes you feel like home. The area is very quiet. There are very close a couple of places for breakfast and another place, also nearby, for lunch or dinner, which we went to. The locals are friendly. Many thanks to Laureano and Mrs. Paqui.
