Vacation rentals with a patio in Jefferson County

My daughter, and I took a trip to Colorado for a week, and we stayed at Hannah and Travis’s. It was perfect for our liking! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Not to mention, it was conveniently close to Denver, and Old Town Arvada. I plan on taking more trips to the Denver area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! Elevated escape is a beautiful place to stay. Very serene, great wildlife and a wonderful view of the mountains. The place is spotless and very comfortable. The best was the game tables in the residence! Ted was very accommodating. Thank you again for such a wonderful Airbnb! Top notch!

Nice quiet basement of songwriters full time home. Lots of room to park on the start, nice easy entrance at the side fence with an easy accessible for to get down to your unit! It was so cozy and clean, and the needs were like sleeping on pillows! Had all the dishes we need to enjoy our bagged salads! Just enough room for only two people which was perfect for us. We def plan on staying again!! The only negative reads not being able to control the temp.. They definitely compensate that with having fans available so it equals out I guess! All around, a wonderful five star stay! Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed her over the weekend for a mini stay-cation. The location was great! Close enough to activities but secluded enough that we were able to enjoy nature. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this lovely airbnb. It’s clean, comfortable and stylish. The owners are responsive and very nice. Tennyson street is only a ten minute walk, it’s full of amazing choices to eat, drink and shop. We loved this up and coming neighborhood area! The alley is pretty quiet too, there is street parking in front of their house, it all seemed pretty safe. Highly recommend!

In town for concert at Red Rocks, location was ideal, under 15 minutes drive with easy access to freeway. Even though located on moderately busy street, road noise was never an issue, with the house being quiet and peaceful. Multiple outside seating areas were welcomed and well used. Grocery store and coffee shop within easy walk. Enjoyed the unexpected extras such as jazzuci tub, plush towels, comfortable bed and well-supplied kitchen with quality, sharp knifes. Host was very response, friendly and responsive to needs. Would recommend to others and would definitely consider staying again.

This home had the perfect location on a quiet street while still being a short walking distance to Olde Town Arvada. We’ve stayed in many short term rentals, and this one was especially family friendly if you have children. There were toys and a high chair provided, the yard was mostly fenced, and it was a quick walk to a great playground/park.

Our stay was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and we ended up bringing our dog, the backyard space was great for him to run around after the long car ride. The place was super clean and had all the amenities you would want — from coffee, to a blowdryer, to extra blankets. They were super communicative and lovely. Would highly recommend!

This place was definitely stocked for whatever we may need or accidentally forgot when packing. It had a lot of extras to accommodate all ages. We really enjoyed playing all the games that they had there for us. There were a lot of recommendations of things to do. The QR codes around the house were fun! The location was very convenient for all the things we did. And the best part was that it was super clean and it looked like the pictures!

Great location. Centrally located between DT Denver and Access to the montains. Our Host was great with clear communication and very accommodating. Would stay here again if we find ourself in the Denver area again.

What a beautiful stay for our weekend getaway in Denver. It was my family’s first time visiting a Colorado and they absolutely loved it. Having a comfy home ,made it so much better. Would def recommend staying at this location

Love the patio and it's the main reason I chose to stay here! Place was as expected. Easy access, clean and quick response from Matt if needed. I'd love a real coffee maker instead of the pods. (we brought ground coffee) That's just our preference.

Our stay at Kelly's place was just what we needed. Easy to find, close to so many good spots and a great little spot to stay for the night

This was such a cute spot, with larger rooms than even expected!! The neighborhood ended up being so nice and well maintained. It has great access all around the building. The perfect spot for us while visiting. Thanks so much, Aaron & Co!

David's place was a perfect find for our one month stay. It was not super fancy, but we had cats, and he was so very generous and forgiving about them. The kitchen is great. It looks good, and it has been updated recently. There is everything there that you will need. Somone had taken the can opener and sink stopper. David replaced both in a flash. I needed to bring in a piece of furniture due to my mobility issues, and David even offered to come over to move it in and set it up! It was such a gift to have a washer and dryer, and all supplies were there. I mentioned the need for more hangers, and we received those and extra wash cloths the same day. The two bedrooms make it possible to have more guests or to choose beds. We found that the bed in the room with the desk was the best; in fact, it was quite comfortable. That is a lot to say when you are in a place for a month! I can't say enough about how wonderful David is, & how helpful he is to his guests! Consider his place!

Perfect location and comfortable and stylish 2bed/2bath unit for our stay and family activities. Peaceful and well maintained neighborhood. Great access to NW side of Denver in Westminster/Arvada locale. James was a very personable and outstanding host.

Matt’s place was the perfect landing pad if you’re looking to go to a show at red rocks and explore other parts of Colorado. Matthew was proactive with check in and parking instructions. Home was clean, and had everything you could need for a trips.
