The facility is the best!It's beautiful and spacious, and it's exciting.The hospitality was great, with things like around the kitchen, sweets, equipment, games, karaoke, etc.Even though there was a problem with the system, the owner was very kind.It's the best place to stay.We will definitely be back!Next time, I want to enjoy playing in the river and BBQ in the summer!

we had an excellent time at this place. the house is large and comfortable as well as beautiful and very tastefully decorated. the kitchen has everything you might need. the sauna was an excellent addition and we enjoyed using it very much. all in all this is a great place to stay with a great host and very highly recommended.

We had a time in a luxurious space. The host was always available and responsive. The bed is also fluffy and the sleeping comfort is the best. I think it's great because there are snowboards and a wax room available in the winter season. If you come to Hakuba, you'll definitely want to stay here again!

This place was fantastic. Very clean. Lots of space for me and my. Three children. Nothing was too much trouble for AYUMI. I left some stuff behind and he’s posting it to Australia fantastic service.

We stayed with 10 people, including two infants, one kindergarten, and one elementary school student.The living room, balcony, bath, and kitchen were all spacious, comfortable and fulfilling. Especially the BBQ on the balcony was great and the equipment was great and comfortable.There was also a business dishwasher, which was helpful because the burden of washing was small. There are 4 bedrooms, including the Japanese-style room, and it is comfortable for multiple families. The espresso machine in the living room was also good. I'd love to stay again.

A great spot for a group of friends or a family reunion. The en suite bathrooms a huge plus. Unbeatable location - walking distance from both Echoland and Happo One, with shuttle service included as well.

The location of the B&B is also very convenient!There is a bus stop that goes everywhere within a 5-minute walk. It's super convenient to go to attractions or business districts.When we didn't know which bus to take, the host replied in seconds, not only giving us the most cost-effective route, but also a must-visit pizza restaurant along the way. If you have an international driver's license and are driving yourself, there is also a spacious parking lot. The most memorable thing was that on the night of check-in, the Host uncle drove us to the supermarket that the locals loved.When the snow-patterned Wagyu beef in the freezer captivated the whole group, I casually asked, "It would be great if there was an oven," and the host immediately said, "There is a charcoal oven in my yard!" At that moment, I finally understood what the "B&B ceiling" meant - roasting juicy A5 beef, enjoying the evening breeze, gathering with the family, and feeling extremely happy. The treasure of the town is the private hot spring!The indoor pool is cleverly surrounded by bamboo fences, soaking in a warm, weak alkaline hot spring while drinking soda. In the morning, go up to the balcony on the second floor and look at the sea in the distance. It's refreshing. When we left, the host insisted on driving us to the highway bus stop and waved goodbye after confirming that everyone was safely seated.The figure of him standing under the bus stop sign in the rearview mirror suddenly made me understand: the true spirit of a B&B is to treat every guest like a returning child~

Beautiful home next to Lake Biwa. Its a refreshing break from the city and the neighbors are all very nice. The house was very clean and spacious, the host was always responsive and helpful, even gave me a ride when I left back to the train station so I didn't have to walk with all my luggage. Only downside would be the steep stairs, so if you have balance issues maybe sleep in the room downstairs. Overall very nice place and my 2 weeks went by too quickly here. Will definitely rebook next time I'm in Kyoto/Osaka area.

It was the second time I used it, and this time, both adults and children had the best time! The bath was clean and there were some power-ups, so it was easy to use. They were also helpful in responding to questions on the day.Thank you!

11 adults and 1 child, a total of 12 people stayed.Outside there was BBQ, basketball (there was also a ball), badminton, and a swing, and inside there was cards, UNO, karaoke, and a fully automatic mahjong table, so even a large group could play a lot. Bath towels, hand towels, and toothbrushes are also provided. You can hear the voices of the next room because the rooms are adjacent. There were two rice cookers in the large kitchen, as well as plenty of dishes and cutlery.However, there was no lightweight cup for rice, so I recommend bringing one. The inside was beautifully cleaned, and I had a very fulfilling three days.I want to use it again when I go to Tochigi prefecture!!

The grounds were very spacious, and it was very good that there were many playground equipment for small children to play on. I also met wild deer! The room was very clean, spacious, and had a very open feel. Unfortunately it was raining on the first day, but I was able to enjoy myself in the room, and the next day it was sunny so I was able to play outside to my heart's content. There are also plenty of bedrooms for large groups, so I'd love to use it again if I get the chance.
