It is about a 5-minute drive to Happo-one Ski Resort and Nagiyama Slopes. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the shuttle bus stop in Hakuba Valley in winter. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter.
