Great if you’re looking for a central base, place is as described. Washing machine was very handy. Would recommend for Osaka!

Stayed at The Sakura River Inn during the Kyoto portion of our first visit to Japan. We LOVED it. The futon were so comfortable. Everything was provided. The location was perfect, with many restaurants within easy walking distance. We couldn't have imagined a better experience. Mahalo nui loa Mayumi san!! We will always fondly remember our time at Sakura River Inn!

Affordable and sufficient, the accommodation was minimalistic but still had everything we needed during our stay. Great for shorter stays. The host replied instantly every time which was helpful.

Perfect place to stay for the final night of my trip. Yasutaka’s apartment has a sauna, ice for ice baths, a massage chair, and anything else you need. Location is a little remote/quiet, but easy access to trains. It was a relaxing and to a beautiful two weeks in Japan.

Keiko’s place is a perfect spot to truly experience everything that Kyoto has to offer. The location is incredibly central, next door to the Nishiki Market as well as major transportation hubs. The guesthouse feels Japanese when you first walk in, with shoes off and sliding doors. Just keep in mind that the rooms are on the fourth floor with no elevators, but if you can manage the stairs during your stay you’ll have a great time. Definitely recommend!

Great location, quiet and quaint neighborhood. Place is clean and well stocked, good for 4 people. Very spacious bathroom. Easy to communicate with host. Great experience overall and highly recommended.

This was an incredible place to stay in Osaka. Instructions were easy and well written. Helpful recommendations. Close to train stations as well as very popular food markets and shopping areas.

Naoki was the best host, picked us up and dropped us off. Responsive and always making sure you’re looked after. The location was amazing, peaceful and quiet but still next in good distances to go sight seeing. The space is very large and we had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely come back to stay for next visit. Thank you Naoki!

My family and I had a great stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. Super convenient location right outside Akasaka station, navigating to everywhere else in Tokyo was very easy. Akasaka itself is also a really nice area, there are lots of restaurants, a shrine, and a really neat underground area at Akasaka business tower. This spot had everything you needed for a stay in Tokyo. Washer/dryer was a lifesaver. Random but important: the shower water pressure was perfect and got so hot which was lovely after long days of walking. Beds were also very comfortable and TV had Youtube which was nice for decompressing during the evening. On weekend nights we did hear noise from outside but it didn’t bother any of us too badly, just would bring ear plugs if that’s something of concern. Only had that issue one of the nights and the location is so great that it’s a drawback we were completely fine with accepting. Host was also super responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this AirBnb!

We had a wonderful stay at Miyuki-san and Yukichika-san’s lovely home. The traditional Japanese-style house was warm, clean, and cozy—it really felt like home. The bike they provided was especially helpful for exploring Takamatsu, as many scenic spots are a bit far apart. Their restaurant recommendations were spot-on, and the anime-style pictures added a fun touch. You can really feel the care they put into every detail, from the fresh scent in the bathroom to the welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that they truly enjoy hosting, and that made our trip even more special. Highly recommended!

1. It is easy to navigate to the side door after getting off at Fujisan Station, but the side door is not accessible; 2. The room is on the 2nd floor, large luggage needs to be carried upstairs; 3. The room is very clean and relatively large; 4. You can see Mt. Fuji from the window; 5. Close to the railway, but the impact is not significant; 6. 711 is just across the street, very convenient; 7. Close to Fujisan Station, easy to take a car.

I had a womderful time at this Masaki's place! The location is ideal with simple access to the station, nearby shops, izakayas, and other restaurants. The apartment itself is cozy, offering all the amenities we were looking for. The space was clean, and Masaki provided a few snacks and a guide to the neighborhood, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The bed was comfy, and I especially appreciated the small balcony that provided a peaceful spot to unwind in the evenings. The neighborhood is safe and charming, with a nice mix of traditional and contemporary vibes. I also loved the proximity to attractions like the Tokyo Skytree and Akihabara. Overall, this Airbnb offers great value for money and is an excellent base for exploring the city. The host was communicative and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

I had an amazing stay here with my family of 4. The place is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It is within walking distance to Taisho station and Kyocera Dome. The host is very helpful and responsive, answered my questions promptly and did his very best to accomodate my requests. I highly recommend this place!

Great location within Nakano Broadway and short walk from Nakano Station. Very convenient being able to get around on the train and a lot of food options within walking steps. The room is very clean and surprisingly quiet, I had no issues sleeping, being next to the market. Would recommend.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

We only stayed one night in Osaka and the place was just right for that. Easy and self check-in, in addition, Vikki always responded very quickly and was very easily accessible. The nearest metro station is quick to reach and around the corner it has many restaurants etc. The area is definitely quite busy, but we were still able to sleep peacefully.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Seth’s place… the location is perfect - feels like a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to Gion area and many temples and gardens. The outdoor bath is amazing. Apartment has everything you need while offering an authentic experience. Seth was very responsive and offered several recommendations in the area. Would absolutely stay here again.

This Airbnb automatically felt like home and was very clean. It is in a very convenient location near the station and there was plenty to do in the area. Miwa was very organized and a great host for our group’s first time in Japan!
