Another wonderful stay at Jim and Peggy Wynn's home away from home (our 3rd visit)! Their place is perfect for us and we love it here. Check out our previous reviews from July 2024 and February 2025 - as it covers our wonderful experience here. Jim and Peggy are absolutely wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality has truly made our ongoing experience here very memorable. We can't thank them enough for making us feel right at home!

I personally met Eric and Blair and they were both very gracious and very friendly.We had a great conversation and shared many common thoughts and experiences. I would not hesitate in recommending their lovely accommodations to family and friends.

We have been to many AirBnbs over the years. We can say without hesitation that this was the most comfortable place we have ever been to. The space was super comfy, well appointed, in a quiet residential neighborhood, but within a few blocks of Greensboro shopping. We went out to a couple of great restaurants, the Green Valley Grill for dinner and Mimi's for breakfast. The zoo is awesome. If we are ever in this area again, this is the place we will choose. We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

This apartment provides all of our needs and is our preferred place for our daughter and grandson to stay when they visit us in Salisbury.

This is my second time staying at one of Eric’s Airbnb’s. His description is extremely accurate so no surprises upon arrival. He’s very responsive and gave us many great local recommendations. We were comfortable and would certainly stay again at this or at any or Eric’s other Airbnb’s!

I’ve lived exclusively in Airbnb’s for the past year for work. This is by far my favorite Airbnb I have stayed in. I would very highly recommend Joy and Eric’s places they are super friendly, very helpful and offer an amazing place to stay.

The house is a well designed and thoughtful AirBnb. Simple, neat, and to the point. The neighborhood was a little bit of a surprise and backed into a noisy road. Thoughtful earplugs were abundant and black out curtains everywhere.

This house was great! Great living room with lots of space for seating for hanging out. Great bedrooms! (Only complaint is to bring your own pillows as these are the tallest, hardest pillows ever 😂)

We had an amazing time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and if we had any questions the host were super responsive! The house made us feel at home and the host left treats that made the stay that much better! We’d definitely come and stay again when back in Greensboro!

I had an excellent stay, all three days were fabulous. They place was wonderful, the neighborhood was clean and safe. Close to restaurants, stores, gas and more. For the price absolutely completely satisfied with everything. Everything from check-in to .y stay and check out was fantastic. Hosts were very communicative from start to finish. I greatly recommend them to anyone that wants to stay a home away from home, this is your place. Everything up to date and some. Anything you could need they have. Another great stay at this property! The host is wonderful-very responsive. The condo is clean, clutter free, and in a great location with walking trails nearby. Check in and out was very easy. Exactly as advertised, and I look forward to staying her again in the near future.

Great space and location! It was great having two full bathrooms and the updated kitchen was a bonus for cooking/prepping meals. Highly recommend.

The place was clean, the area quiet and the shopping center very convenient with a variety of shops. Karim was kind polite and accommodating, if I’m ever in the area again I hope his spot is available.

Thank you for another great stay in Greensboro! Our commute to the Tanger Center was easy and close to walk. Bottom floor location kept street noise to a minimum, corner unit was quite. It was our 2nd time staying at Jamie's place and we will return again!

Karen was great, she was friendly and responsive! The stay was nice and anything you need was a brief walk away. If I’m back in the area and Karen’s place is available, I will definitely use it again!
