This was my second stay with Greg, and it was every bit as good as the first. Awesome little hideaway from the heat of the desert

Michael's cottage is a true gem. It was stylish, comfortable, and made me feel like a friend was loaning me their place for the weekend. He truly has thought of everything to make guests feel not only comfortable but at home, down to the portable telescope for stargazing in this Dark Sky community. It's centrally located and easy to find. Anza Borrego is a magical place: be sure to check out the whimsical metal sculptures of various animals spread out across Galleta Meadows in addition to the wonderful hikes (such as Slot Canyon and Borrego Palm Canyon). Thank you so much for this beautiful little house. It was exactly as described. I came to do a 3-day silent retreat to unplug. I couldn't think of a better place. I felt at home, the bed was beyond comfortable, the fire place a great touch, and the old school bathtub amazing. The grounds were quiet and nice to go for a short, easy hike throughout the day. I was even able to star gaze at night. All in all, I couldn't have asked for more. Place is exactly as described. The host is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
