The place is very quiet, the location is an idea for the family, the apartments are extremely clean, pleasant, very nice and with all the comforts if you want to cook, 100% recommended, Javier's service is excellent, attentive and respectful!!

An amazing stay: the house was one block from the quiet south end of Jaco beach, and close to a surf school we wanted to try. Quiet and peaceful by the pool, and clean and well appointed inside. Great AC which was appreciated! Danielle was very responsive to our (many) questions beforehand, provided a great guide book, and helped us organize rides from SJO airport. She noticed when we rang the Ring doorbell after managing to lock ourselves out (by bringing the wrong key), and let us in before we even had time to contact her :) Absolutely no issues at all -- great place, great host, would definitely stay again.

Our stay at William's house in Jacó was excellent. The location is perfect, super central but within a quiet condominium. The house was impeccable, with nice details in the decoration, clean bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a super clean pool. The dining spaces, both inside and outside, are ideal for sharing with family or friends. It is important to know that, being in a condominium, there are rules to respect, but that does not prevent you from enjoying the place in a quiet way. It's a comfortable, nice and very well kept place. I would recommend it 100% and would definitely come back. Thank you William for being a great host!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for a family getaway. The beach is beautiful. Wonderful walks on the beach and a few good days of surf. The recommendations provided were spot on. We indulged with a private chef one night, which I highly recommend. A very quiet area that was also close enough to drive to great restaurants and shopping in Jaco. The pool was such a fun place to hang out with the sounds of waves crashing all day. The top deck made for a beautiful place to have coffee in the morning and watch the surf. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back.

This was a great find! The pool is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and birds. The place had a very modern, clean feel. It was a great location- quick trip to Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park was only about an hour and a half away. Jeffery was a great, responsive host that communicated promptly. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Beautiful space. The high ceilings are great and make it feel more spacious. It was surprisingly soundproof - we were traveling with 3 kids who wake up early, and the grownups were able to sleep in anyway! The beach is right behind the house, with great waves and not a lot of people. The pool is great for kids, and you'll see lizards hanging out by it. The whole area is gated, which let us feel safe letting the kids run around outside. It's a fairly quiet area, which was also nice. The kitchen was well-stocked. The little market on the corner has all the essentials you need, and it's a 30 min walk to a huge supermarket (or a $2 - $3 uber ride). Highly recommend the Puddlefish Brewery right up the street (5 min walk), for the passionfruit margarita, the fish burgers, and the passionfruit chili chicken wings! We would definitely stay here again on a future Jaco trip!

The condo was as described. The view was amazing. The condo was beautiful. And Yolanda was amazing. Very easy to deal with very helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in the area.

We had the loveliest time at this beachfront house. The pool is gorgeous - not too warm or cold. It was so refreshing to relax in the pool and stare at the waves. The house is in the best part of Esterillos, right in front of the “mermaid” and the tide pools. The house is well designed and makes use of all the spaces. It was clean and well equipped. You can also walk to the nearby store and there are a few good restaurants just a block or two away walking along the beach. It was an amazing place to share with family, we will be back!

Amazing space! Came for the surfing and the waves did not disappoint! Private chef cooked an amazing dinner one night. Everyone was wonderful from the host to the house cleaner who came daily. We walked to restaurants and bars. Whole experience was amazing!

We had an incredible stay at Las Góndolas! The house was even better than we expected — spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for our group of friends. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the super comfortable beds to the fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor area was definitely a highlight — we spent most of our days lounging by the pool, enjoying the amazing ocean views, and grilling under the stars. The location in Playa Hermosa is perfect too — close enough to restaurants and activities, but still peaceful and private. The hosts were fantastic — very responsive and helpful with anything we needed before and during our stay. You can tell they truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

me and all my friends who went there were delighted with the place the pool is great there's lots of space and green to just chill out and the beach is just crossing the street. Plus the check-in and the check out times are the best

I'm glad, I booked this house. The condominium was clean, quiet, the pool was nice and even has a jacuzzi with a roof and multiple areas to be around the pool, with tables and chairs like little cabanas. The house had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms were fantastic for the 5 of us. Lots of room to storage our stuff in the kitchen, the rooms and bathrooms. Enough A/C to cool the entire unit. Everything worked fine. The kids had fun with the bikes, and the surroundings. I recommend it for a family trip, and even if you're thinking of a longer stay. The beach is 1 block away and everything you need is around the corner. Our host was absolutely kind, responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed all the facilities that you provided, including that beautiful pool and the various places where we could enjoy meals. The AC units in the bedrooms worked perfectly and very efficiently, which is a real necessity at the beach. We enjoyed the huge top deck and enjoyed the ocean view it provided. The beach was perfect, and it like it was our own private beach. Very private. Stringing hammocks between the palm trees was a real treat for real relaxation with the music of the ocean. The Starlink Wi-Fi was exceptional and never failed and had coverage outside as well. Yeni and Mendoza were such a courteous and a special couple they couldn’t do enough for us. They were there but gave us privacy, yet always willing to help with everything. Mendoza an excellent griller from fish to hamburgers. They were key to us enjoying your beautiful home so much! We enjoy the place. Big enough for the family reunion. Every family had his own room with restroom. Very close to beach. We enjoy seeing some monkeys. I recommend this places, surely you will enjoy!!
