Vacation rentals with a patio in Jacksonville

We had such a great stay! The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. Linens smelled fresh, towels were soft and plentiful, and the space had just the right amount of amenities in both the kitchen and bathroom. We especially appreciated the generous supply of coffee pods and the spotless Keurig machine. The cleanliness really stood out—every corner of the house was spotless, odor-free, dust-free, and sticky-free. It didn’t feel worn or grimy like some rentals can. The large TVs on both floors were a bonus, fully loaded with entertainment apps for winding down at night. The pull-out bed on the first floor was surprisingly roomy—my 6-foot-tall teenager slept like a dream. All in all, a well-kept, welcoming space. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilltop Nest! It was clean, cozy, and very comfortable for me and my dog to spend a week in. It was spacious and incredibly well-stocked with everything you might need, even dog beds and treats! The snacks and beverages in the welcome basket were a lovely surprise as well. Lisa and Garren are incredibly kind, friendly, and responsive. When I did need something, Lisa was instantly there to sort it out for me. Highly recommend this spot for a cozy getaway in Grants Pass!

Our stay was excellent! We did not move our cars once. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. It was the perfect space for 3 friends - who all want their own room. Just how we roll.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The apartment was quiet and close enough to local restaurants (and a donut shop) that we could walk to them, while only being a 15 minute drive from Ashland. The space wad clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We can't wait to stay here on our next OSF trip!

This place was very nice and very quiet. It was comfortable and private and made it easy to unload the vehicle and get everything in very quickly. It was our first time in Grants Pass and it happened to be a local event all weekend called the Boatnik. It was a good time and a lot of people for jet boat races and a fair with a lot of people and food. It was fun. We enjoyed our time there. Thank you for being a great host and having the place set up so nice and comfortable.

What a wonderful stay! Cowslips Belle did not disappoint. We stayed for 10 days, and can honestly say that this was one of our best AirBnB stays ever! It’s walking distance from the hub of Ashland - Main Street, lots of restaurants, & Lithia Park. It’s a beautifully maintained peaceful retreat — all 6 units face a private, lovely grassy area (that our dog thoroughly enjoyed), with a Koi pond too. Our unit —the Lower Unit—was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The hosts are friendly, personable and communicative. Even when there was a temporary water shut-off issue, they let us know every step of the way what was happening, and it was fixed within an hour. If you’re looking for a restful nights sleep, on a comfortable bed, with a jacuzzi bathtub & separate stand-up shower, with a full kitchen, then look no further! We are definitely planning on staying here again.

This is the second ladies weekend we have held at Samantha’s cabin and it is truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in (and I have traveled all over the world using Airbnbs!) It is cozy and stylish with the perfect amount of charm. The rooms are well appointed with high quality sheets and comfy mattresses. In each space, she has really gone the extra mile to make the place functional but cute without it feeling cluttered or kitschy. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom and shower are spotless, and the meadow-like backyard is always a treat! For real, book this place whenever you can!

Place was clean, beds were comfy and she even had snacks laid out which is is a nice touch that I loved. I also liked that there were spices in the cabinet. Overall I would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Mindy's place. It is conveniently located just steps away from all the lovely shops and restaurants in Central Point. It is also a quick drive to all the nearby towns and sights to see (Jacksonville, Ashland, multiple wineries, Table Rock, etc.) The home was incredibly clean and comfortable and had a lovely coffee bar area. Mindy was very kind and gracious and left us a wonderful bottle of wine, snacks, drinks. She also accommodated an earlier check-in which we greatly appreciated. Home decor was so tasteful. Had a great father and daughter trip in Southern Oregon and this home was a big part of it!

Valente's place made a very good first impression. My 3-year-old granddaughter described it as "Wow. Wow. Wowza." It was very spacious and the decor was modern and fun. He had some games and toys available. The AC was awesome with a separate unit in each of the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Awesome shower head. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe there. My favorite thing about Valente's place was how quickly he responded whenever we had a question. He was very kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were super simple. We would stay there again.

Very clean place, comfortable mattresses, quality sheets. It's a nice house with plenty of space and two coffee options around the corner.

La Casetta Tuscana is a lovely home. It is small, but very comfortable, and I loved the color schemes and decoration. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the washer/dryer was great to have. Melanie was a wonderfully communicative and generous host. Check out Cafe Soleil for coffee! A few small things to be aware of: the back bedroom has a high transom window that doesn't have a curtain that blocks any light, so you will be rising early. The climate control is via wall units, one in the back bedroom and one in the living room. They are very effective in those spaces, but I'm not sure how well the front bedroom will cool down on hot days (there is auxiliary heat that works great!). The neighborhood is a bit busy, and you do hear your neighbors. It isn't particularly private, in part because the area is recovering from a massive fire, so there aren't trees to cushion sound. There is one house still unfinished on the street, but we heard no construction while we were there.

We couldn't get over the stunning views and sunsets from this cabin high above Ashland. Yet it's an easy drive or a nice walk into town. This recent remodel is beautifully done. We loved the front porch and gas fir pit to sit outside and enjoy the quiet evenings. Loved the wildlife (birds and deer) around the house too. Getting there will seem a little confusing at first following some dirt roads, but the owners have a well maintained paved driveway on the last segment to the house. This is a very special spot.
