Ms. Ayten was a very good host. I met him as a nice conversation,polite, trustworthy and human person. We also got a lot of information from him about the beaches and places to visit outside the house. She was quick to help us with everything during our stay. Her place was really clean and comfortable. We ate dinner in a house full of greenery, we were able to enjoy our tea comfortably :) The location of the house and the proximity of the sea are also a great advantage. It was a great experience for us.

Thank you Jason and Sirem for being such perfect hosts and making our stay at Ionia so memorable. We felt very looked after and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet, with a seating area outside. Have to say the breakfasts were the best we’ve ever had at an Airbnb, incredibly generous and all homemade. And for those days you just want to take it easy and laze by the pool, lunch and dinner can be provided too. Well placed for Ephesus, Magnesia, Sirence and Selçuk and not too far from the beach if you have a car. Great tips for places to visit too. An all-round star of a place.

We had a wonderful time here! We stayed three nights and would have stayed longer if we could. The property was beautiful, cozy, and super clean. The pool was a lovely reprieve from the heat, the property is just a 30 minute drive from beautiful beaches, Ephesus, and other incredible ruins. The breakfast was the best we had in Turkey, with olives, olive oil, and figs from the property. We had dinner onsite as well and it was equally delicious. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay and all the information you need to explore the area. Highly recommend!

We're a group of 7 from different parts of Europe, and every one of us said "wow" when we entered the place. VERY spacious, every room has ensuites, great kitchen (one of us is a professional cook) and a beautiful orchard connected to the property. We used the pool (it's connected to a home that occasionally as the host's family but that is 100% usable day or night). You must have a car as taxis don't easily come out, but there's ample parking. The host was super friendly and we had long multi-hour chats about his very interesting life. 100% recommended.

Since the first moment, it was very easy and accessible to communicate with the lady in the ilay. From finding the road to the slightest question, she took care of it with the same care. There was a lot of kitchen equipment, except for the strainer. Although we went in the winter, we did not have any heating problems, it was pleasantly comfortable. We could not enjoy the garden due to the coldness, but every moment was pleasant and comfortable, thank you to Ms. Ilayda.

We would not have had such a peaceful holiday if we did not come to the comments. We experienced it with our 2-year-old daughter, we really felt like we were in our own home. There are comments in the comments as if they smell dusty, I do not understand what they expect when coming to the farm house, of course the dirt will be dust. We woke up with the sounds of birds, it was very pleasant. There is no smell either. They took great care of Mr. Serkan, his wife, especially their sweet son, and we were very pleased to meet them. Great host, amazing location and views

It was like a real farmhouse. But this is the first time we've had breakfast with such a beautiful presentation. There are plenty of breakfast varieties and coming to your feet. You don't expect it at all. Only the children's pools could have been more well-maintained. Thank you anyway

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights, Mr. Serkan is a very caring host. A place where you can be exposed to plenty of nature and peace. There are cats and dogs in the garden, but the cats are now a little brazen :) My only recommendation is that the glass in the kitchen, etc. It could be a little cleaner, we needed to wash it, otherwise it was a smooth and comfortable stay. It's not a place you want to enter the road all the time, it's just a 1 km long dirt road that is very narrow and full of potholes. If you say I will go in the morning and enter in the evening, it is not too much of a problem, or if you say we will not go anywhere anyway, that will be fine. In general, it's a calm place to relax with pleasure. But there are 1 meter of space next to each other in both farmhouses, and you have to consider this before your stay.

We had a nice holiday in a very peaceful place for a short time. Ms.layda was very helpful with both transportation and other things. It is a place I can choose if I go here again. I definitely recommend it.

Since we came to the race with my friends, it was very important to us that it was a quiet and calm place. And the location was very good in that respect. Here is my humble advice for those who will go in the winter. You will definitely have to light the fireplace:) There are heaters in the house, but you may have heating problems due to the fact that the house is large. So it's a good idea to plan your fireplace wood:)

Fatih and his parents (Sabri bey and his mother) are incredible and amazing hosts! They were extremely accommodating with our travel delays and provided detailed information about things to do around Urla. The listing is very accurate and few mins from downtown Urla, but you do need a car to get around. We had tons of fun playing with the cats, hanging out by the fire place, exploring Urla and enjoying numerous gifts from our hosts. We highly recommend sincap evi, and hope to return soon (especially during early spring -- our activities were a little limited because of winter).

Ilker and his family made us feel so welcome from our initial contact. Illker was so helpful and did everything he could to accommodate our families needs. The motel is beautiful and homemade dinners and breakfast make the whole experience unforgettable.
