Vacation rentals with breakfast in İzmir

It was more beautiful and spacious than the photos showed. Everything was spotless. Comfortable 4 people, it was very good. In our opinion, the only problem was the music and conversation sounds from outside. The windows are thin, probably because of that. But if you don't mind this is a cozy room in a perfect location.

I can’t thank Ersin enough. The place is even more beautiful than the photos if you can believe it. Possibly my best Airbnb stay so far, out of many. Don’t even think twice, book it! (Also there are FOUR bathrooms - wild)

Güneş's place was perfect for relaxing, the complex is large and the rooms are clean. There is also a pool and plenty of opportunities for sitting and lying. The accommodation is very good if you have a car, as you live between Cesme and Izmir center and from there you can get to all places quite quickly without any problems. Overall, a perfect place to stay. I would recommend it and come again myself.

The place was calm They will stay in the summer in season, I'm sure they can do more activities. We found what we were looking for. It suited my purpose.

First of all, the attendants were very helpful. Since the check-in time is 2pm, we set ourselves accordingly and put it over half an hour and reached the location, but the room wasn't ready yet. It was stressful to come all the time with our cat and wait in front of the door, but thanks to them on the way out, they offered the same flexibility. The housekeeping was very good, but my humble advice would be to put at least a small broom and vileda bucket in the house because when they stay for a long time, they inevitably want to clean every day when there is a pet. We asked the attendant for a broom and a vileda, they helped, but we couldn't reach him every day, of course, so we felt this lack. There were no mosquito nets on our balcony door, maybe our room was just missing it. Unfortunate, our next door neighbor was the young people chasing each other in the hallway with laughter every morning, and it was very difficult for us, but the attendants helped him too after our complaint. It deserves the full star for its location and being a modern and attentive home. Thank you.

I should preface this review by stating that we weren’t Başka’s typical Turkish tourists but rather tourists from California. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Ersin generously took the time to communicate with us (via translation app) despite the language barrier, making sure our needs were met and just being personable. The property has gorgeous gardens and views of Urla throughout, and the accommodations were clean and new. We also thoroughly enjoyed thoughtfully prepared meals that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The pool was also well kept and refreshing. Many thanks to Ersin and his team for a relaxing time in Urla!

We had a wonderful stay, thank you so much for welcoming our family. Venus and the hotel staff were brilliant with our children and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The traditional Turkish breakfast was freshly prepared daily and absolutely delicious. We were also offered cakes and refreshments throughout the day. We had the family room and a travel cot was provided for our daughter. the room was spotless with everything you need including toiletries and drinking water. We had a balcony for relaxing and taking in views of the sea. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from Çesme so perfectly located for exploring the town. Nothing was more than a 15 minute drive away (apart from Izmir airport which was about an hour away). We visited some incredible places thanks to Venus's recommendations including beaches and hot springs. We wouldn't hesitate to visit Çesme and Venus again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday x

Good location, close to the center but not noisy in the night. Sait, his family and staffs were very helpful and friendly, thanks to which we could be relaxed at the hotel. Breakfast is also lovely.

We had a pleasant stay in Bagar’s place, it was clean, the breakfast was good and they took care of the few things we asked for immediately , like Iron, extra blanket… Communication was good, the young man that was taking care of the place spoke English and was very helpful, he carried our luggage up the few steps to our rooms on the ground floor. We parked our car in front of the property.

You can walk to the center from its location and go down to Ayvalık center without driving. Mr. Ömer's family, his parents, took very good care of us, they made an effort to solve all our problems, I thank them very much. The room is not suitable for families with children. It is suitable for 2 adults. The large rooms upstairs are suitable for families with children. It is impossible to come to the front of the hostel by car, you can leave it in the parking lot or at the beginning of the street, we did so, it is within walking distance. Everything was very nice, we plan to come again.

As of today, we checked out, it was difficult for us to leave, it is a very cute and comfortable place in the center of Ayvalik, and easy to reach everywhere, Ms. Fulya and her husband are very sweet, communication is very nice, a place I want to stay again

We had a wonderful time here! We stayed three nights and would have stayed longer if we could. The property was beautiful, cozy, and super clean. The pool was a lovely reprieve from the heat, the property is just a 30 minute drive from beautiful beaches, Ephesus, and other incredible ruins. The breakfast was the best we had in Turkey, with olives, olive oil, and figs from the property. We had dinner onsite as well and it was equally delicious. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay and all the information you need to explore the area. Highly recommend!
