It is in a very nice location, very close to all bus stops, especially if you don't have a car. We came without a car and you can reach the buses to Çeşme-Alaçatı within a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to Urla Art Street by dolmus and bus. The house is also a house that is quite enough for the resort. The view and silence of the balcony is especially pleasant. The host is also very easy to reach, very understanding and helpful:)

The place was very clean and had everything you needed. Mr. Sadık is always available and attentive to our needs. You can hear the noises in the street at night from the room, personally it's not something that bothered us but it's a point to note. We highly recommend for both short and long-term stays.

The house was the same as the photos and the location was really good, even though it is extremely close to all the entertainment venues, you are on the beach in a street with only houses and one step. Kitchen belongings were quite enough. The house was spotless, we had no problems with the beds and sheets. The house has two air conditioners in the living room and master bedroom, which was quite sufficient. The terrace is above the building and the view is also very nice. The host was also very caring. If I come to Cunda again, I will choose it again. Thanks for everything.

We had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful Airbnb house managed by Aytekin and Mr. Uğur in Konak in the heart of Izmir. First of all, the location of the house was perfect. The kitchen has all the necessary stuff for cooking, the beds were extremely comfortable and the overall atmosphere was very peaceful. In addition, the hosts helped us a lot with parking, which gave us a great advantage in the city center. The hospitality and friendly attitude of Aytekin and Uğur Bey was really appreciated. We felt right at home thanks to their close attention to every detail and turning our stay into a seamless experience. First of all, Ms. Fatma is a really nice host. Very friendly, tolerant, friendly, polite lady. She asked if I need anything at every turn She was very helpful. She even offered me pancakes one morning. I was very well accommodated. The house was literally spotless. It was spotless from towels to bed, wardrobe to kitchen utensils. I had no issues with check-ins and outs. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she was flexible. Kitchen utensils are fine Extremely quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the sea. The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

Mr. Cemil was very caring and respectful, the apartment was just like in the photos. She reached out to me on the phone from time to time and asked if I needed anything. Very satisfied. Would recommend.
