Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

Great stay at Maria´s lovely little house. Very quiet, very clean and very comfortabele. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute of it. Walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. Communication with Maria was amazing, she was so nice.

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

Beautifully clean, and decorated. Nicolas place in a quiet cove in Sardinia, with spectacular views. A car is necessary to Accra the mountains, beaches snd surrounding towns, but worth it. The drive up the mountains to visit towns and historic villages was worth it. Local restaurants fabulous.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. Sandro is a fantastic host . Reliable , trustworthy , very kind and generous . He gave us amazing tips about the best beaches in the area , places to visit , restaurants and locations for nightlife. We loved the house which has got nice thick walls that help keeping cool indoor during hot days and very spacious with all the comforts . Sandro ‘s house is in a strategic position that allows you to reach any places from supermarkets to crystal waters beaches in a few minutes and it’s the perfect choice for those who want to have a genuine experience of Sardinia with not only the coast with stunning locations but also its beautiful inland areas .
