Der Kontakt mit Sarah war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne und zentrale Lage, wodurch alle attraktiven Orte der Altstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar sind. Sarah war sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out sehr flexibel. Sie hat uns sogar die Möglichkeit gegeben später abzureisen, als ursprünglich geplant. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😊

We stayed here for five days and had a superb time. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. It had very good air conditioning and good self catering facilities as well. We would definitely return!

Great stay at Pierluigi’s place - the centre is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and the train station is a 20 minute walk. The apartment is very cosy, safe and feels more spacious than the photos look. We felt right at home and there are also two adorable cats that sleep outside the place which we loved seeing. The only downsides are the water pressure in the shower and the fact that the place is on the ground floor so you can hear everything/everyone through the front door which can be loud especially at night. Overall, if I was coming to Syracuse again, I would definitely stay here.

Diese Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für bis zu vier Personen. Es sind zwei Doppelbetten vorhanden, wobei eines über eine steile Treppe erreichbar ist und sich im gleichen Raum befindet wie das andere. Wunderschön ist die Dachterrasse, die mit anderen Mietparteien geteilt wird, die wir allerdings fast immer für uns alleine hatten. Die Wohnung ist in einer kleinen Seitenstraße gelegen und daher recht ruhig. Man erreicht leicht die vielen schönen Orte auf der Insel Ortigia. Der Bahnhof ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Auto abzustellen ist deutlich mühsamer, die großen Parkplätze am Fuße der Insel schienen überfüllt zu sein.

L'appartement est très agréable et idéalement situé en plein centre d'Ortigia. La rue est calme et tous les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied. La communication a été facile et les propriétaires nous ont aidé à réserver un parking avant notre arrivée.

Great apartment, with two great bedrooms and bathrooms. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or less.

The flat is fantastic. We spent relaxing hours on the two magnificent roof terraces, listening to the calm and lively sounds of Siracusa, watching the seagulls and swallows and observing a nocturnal Etna eruption in the distance. For people with a sense of history, myth, culture and beauty, Oritigia is an almost inexhaustible place. And we were right in the centre of it. We hardly needed any support and Loreana on site responded immediately, even late in the evening.

Nice place, clean, kind hosts. It is close to Neapolis and the Basilica, and also about 20 mins of walking to Ortigia. 4 mins of walking to the Interbus bus stop.

Salvatore's flat is gorgeous! The views from both balconies looks right onto the Fountain of Arethusa where everyone comes for photos and sunset. It's an extremely busy area but with the windows shut at night I could manage sleep by midnight. Worth it. Everything in Otogio is a short walk. The flat has everything you need, the bed was comfortable and Salvatore was a great host, giving great restaurant recommendations. note: if arriving at the Siracusa bus station, recommend taking the small red SAIS bus #106 to Archemides piazza and walking from there to the apartment.

숙소는 번화가에 있으며 찾아가기 매우 쉬워요. 건물에 엘레베이터가 있고 - 엘레베이터까지 계단 약 7개 있음. 객실로 향하는 통로가 안뜰을 사이에 두고 있어 아주 조용합니다. 내부 외부 모두 소음이 없었어요. 전망은 2개의 테라스에서 via dione 가 내려다보입니다. 욕실과 객실 주방 모두 아주 청결해서 쾌적하게 잘 지냈습니다. 세탁기 사용시 추가요금이 있고 (1주일 10유로) 잘 작동합니다. 체크인할때 객실관련, 주변 즐길거리 관련 상세하게 안내해주셨고 마실 물도 넉넉하게 제공받았습니다. 숙소 바로앞에 쇼핑거리이고 수산시장도 아주 가깝습니다 바로 앞에는 까페가 있어서 30초내에 도착 가능합니다. 대성당까지 도보 10분거리. 오르티지아 내에서 어디를가도 가까워요. 저는 성수기를 지나서 여행했기때문에 주차도 큰 문제가 없었습니다 talete 주차장에 주차하고 easy park 어플로 주차비를 결제했어요 주차 자리도 많았고 오가는 사람들도 많아서 무섭지 않았습니다. 호스트가 주차와 ZTL 관련 친절하게 설명해주었기 때문에 주차장소에 대한 걱정이 많았던 저에게 매우 큰 도움이 되었습니다 깨끗하고 좋은위치에 있는 숙소덕분에 시라쿠사 여행이 아주 즐거웠습니다 ^^

This was a perfect location in Ortigia, on a characteristic narrow street but close to many shops including a small supermarket which was literally 30 mt away from the flat. But what really stood out for us was Carmelo’s availability and hospitality. We rented a car and got a fine because of a misunderstanding. Carmelo went personally to the local police station and managed to get it cancelled. He went well out of his way to help us. Unprecedented in our experience. Thank you so much!

We very much enjoyed staying at this colorful place. Very interesting layout of the flat and just next to the beach which was a lovely experience to wake up to. Giuliana is very flexible and we highly recommend to stay at her place.

Logement en plein centre ville, très bien équipé, huile d’olive à disposition et panier de bienvenue. Hôte disponible et de bon conseil ! Murs assez fins mais voisins discrets !

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liegt zentral in Siracusa. Man kann in ca. 15 Minuten auf die „Insel“ gelangen. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt.

Easy check-in as Marco waited at outdoor and showed around the apartment which was totally clean and spotless. Highspeed internet supports e.g. videocalls. 6th floor apartment, very quiet. Effective aircon. Grocery store literally across the street. 15mins walk from train station and to Ortigia. Truly recommending to stay here 👍🏻.

A very big WOW. This house and the whole place is just amazing. The pool is beautiful and the kitchen located next to it outside is just a blessing. Honestly the place is way better then the photos could tell. Thank you Floriana for being so friendly and hospitable. You and your family are amazing and we felt very comfortable. Even tho their apartment is on the same property, they never gave us the feeling of being controlled. Everything just perfect. I know it might sound like im being paid for saying all this, but let me tell you: Every word is sincere! If you need a place to stay near Syracuse, you should definitely consider this one. Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

Francesco’s place is brilliant! We stayed for a few nights and absolutely loved it. A great base for trips all around the east side of the island. There’s lots of space and the two balconies are a particular highlight. Highly recommended.

It was a great, quiet, and safe location within walking distance of the Archaeological Park (30 mins) and the city center (10 mins). Public paid parking was 2 min walk. Easy and clear instructions for self-check-in and flexible check-in and check-out. We needed an extra key, and Mauro brought it straight away. They even offered us a homemade meal, but we were not going to be around for dinner to receive it.The hosts were super warm and attentive. We would stay here again! Thank you again!

Le gîte est à 15min en voiture de Syracuse. Nous avons apprécié les recommandations de Roberto et nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi à tout moment de la journée.

Nice, big, clean comfortable home - great base location to tour Ortigia, Syracuse and surroundings from. We actually really liked staying above the market as it was fascinating watching the market go up each day and come alive. Spectacular location near the water with walking access to everything the city has to offer. Great restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops directly underneath the home.

Alverios place is in a great area. Very easy to walk to the island and explore Syracuse. American coffe maker was an added plus! Parking can be an issue at times.

Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zentrum ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt in alle Richtungen. Die Bushaltestelle/der Busbahnhof befindet sich unmittelbar an dem Haus und von der Terrasse aus zu hören. Grundsätzlich hat Sizilien ein massives Problem mit Müllentsorgung, was in manchen Vierteln leider deutlich zu sehen ist.
