Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ischia

Marco’s apartment was perfect. It is a very good size and well equipped. There are outstanding views from the terrace. On my arrival it was raining heavily & dark so I asked Marco if he could recommend anywhere nearby to eat. He made some good suggestions but also let me know he could arrange delivery of food from his own restaurant which is what I opted for - best choice ever !! The food and the service were outstanding so I did the same the following night. Marco was fantastic as a host. Whenever I messaged he responded almost straight away & was so helpful. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Procida & hopefully I’ll return.

I met Maria, she was immediately available for everything, she gave us clear directions and was very kind and easy-going. Beautiful, large, comfortable apartment, and equipped with everything, highly recommended.

Relaxing holiday house with gardens We stayed in Andreina's house for 4 nights. The central location made it easy to explore Ischia, inclusing the Castello, beaches, Mount Epomeo, the stone houses, and Sant'Angelo. Supermarkets are located close to the house. The house is very confortable, with firm beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large living room. Our favorites were the covered terrace for dining and the gardens both front and back of the house. Communication with Andreina was easy. She was friendly and responded quickly.

Rosanna was an amazing host She went out of her way and picked us up...although the address listed on this posting was incorrect. I did point this out so I hope she does correct it. Forio is a great location for Ischia. Close to Poseidon thermal baths, Mortella Gardens, Sant' Angelo and great restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Sofia is a wonderful host who welcomed us with kindness, explaining everything we could use for our stay in Procida. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and equipped with all the accessories for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it

We had a great time at Giusi's place! The views over Ischia from the terrasse and garden are truly astonishing and there is ample space to sit and relax, especially in the very large garden. The kitchen is also good for cooking for a group. We were doing a "workacation" there and the place was very suitable to this. You can also be quickly to Forio or Sant'Angelo with a car ; several hiking trails start from the village Serrara Fontana. Although we didn't use it, it seemed well linked to the bus system as well. Finally, Guisi was very nice, reactive and helpful when we had questions or issues, and gave us great advice. We would really recommend this place!

Quiet and beautiful sea view, Vesuvius can be seen in the distance, with a magnificent sunrise in the morning.Everything is wonderful as described.The host booked us a parking spot in advance and everything was solved right away, the service was top notch, thank you so much for exchanging with the host's father to enjoy the art work

This place was the perfect getaway. Quiet, Peaceful, beautiful landscape, nature rich. Waking up to a the aroma from the citrus trees was all that. We'd like to keep "La Casa en Campagna" secret but It deserves to be shared. The unit was spacious, homey, and Maurizio left us freshly picked oranges! Maurizio is an exceptional host! Our flight got delayed, and he still stayed up til almost 3 AM to help us get checked in, we can't thank him enough for that. I needed a barber and he made a great recommendation. Food, sites, Maurizio is great resource for information. You may never meet a nicer person, ever! Pozzuoli overall is a swell town, with the best of both worlds (mountains and sea), variety of restaurants (our favorite was Trattoria da Rita), lots of scenic spots, a few miles from Napoli if you want to visit the sites or have a night out. Then you come back to Pozzuoli to recharge. Highly recommend!!

This was a beautiful place and the host was amazing! We booked this on the same day of arrival and Nicolas and Ciro worked with us yo get the place ready in record time. They also shared various recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby. Very attentive hospitality! Would definitely recommend a stay here!

I can say only positive things about Gaetano and his apartment. We really enjoyed staying there. It's perfectly located (5 minutes from the beach), well equiped and clean. Gaetano as a host is super friendly and helpfull. We received a lot of hints from him, which were really beneficial for us during our trip. He is very responsive so if you will need anything be sure that he will reply super fast.

We had the best time here! Firstly, Sonia is an incredible host. She went above and beyond to look after us - lifts to and from the port, great recommendations, and a gift of lovely treats from the garden. She is a very kind and welcoming person. The apartment is fantastic - everything you need for a stay in Forio. The balcony is lovely to watch the sun set. We loved the area - buses are good and lots of nearby places are easily walkable too. Highly recommend staying here! :)

Alex was such an amazing host! He sent us a big list of recommendations of places to see/go and even restaurants in Ischia for us to visit. If we had any questions, he was so swift at responding and was always willing to help us out! So grateful and thankful to Alex who made our first visit to Ischia so comfortable and welcoming! A little slice of paradise where you can relax and recharge. Cozy and comfortable apartment, a wonderful energy of peace that accompanied me in my stay. The sunsets seen from the Jacuzzi on the terrace, immersed in the silence and scent of nature, made this stay magical. For me, it was like a spiritual retreat. Salvatore's kindness contributed to this, as he was super helpful and at the same time extremely discreet. Ideal for a couple's vacation. Car needed to get around (for rather experienced drivers). I look forward to returning :)

To begin, I have to start this review not on the house, but the hostess. Francesca is truly the best host I have ever had traveling through Italy for the last 10 years. She is kind, caring, informative, generous, talkative, and thinks of every detail. Fresh fruit on the kitchen table, coffee and a moka, eggs from her chickens, she even shared freshly made tiramisù and birthday cake with us! I feel that not only have I found the most awesome house on Ischia, but I made a new friend. Francesca is a SUPER~SUPER hostess. Now the house … the house is simply amazing! Starting with the terrace and the amazing sunsets we witnessed, the house is large and spacious and super clean. The kitchen is full equipped with everything to prepare a meal at home. The bedrooms are large and super spacious. Plenty of closet space to hang clothes, jackets, etc. The bathroom was perfect size, with shower/tub. Great towels and bed linens. Furniture is comfortable and modern. AC installed. Bella casa!

Wonderful stay, I made a late booking and arrived late in the evening without my phone working and yet Giancarlo was very gracious and sweet in his welcome. The place was super clean. My absolute favourite thing was picking the oranges straight from the beautiful garden for freshly squeezed orange juice. Can there be a better way to start your day?? Just gorgeous. Location also wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's place! Monica welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips and help with our stay. Her husband even brought us local pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the large patio with a wonderful view of the sea, and the fantastic restaurant just 3 minutes away. From this location, it was easy to explore the island by bus, motorbike, or rental car. We really enjoyed our stay and our interactions with Monica and her family.

I spent a lovely week in this well-equipped apartment. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the port, making it really convenient for catching the Alilauro boats to and from Naples. It also makes planning bus journeys much easier, as only the main stops are listed on the timetable. Stani is a wonderful host—super helpful, quick to respond, and genuinely generous. The bed was very comfortable too. Highly recommended!

1 word, fantastic. We were only there 3 days and that was way too short. If you, like us, love the real rustic, but oh so beautiful Italy, then you are in the right place. The house, the garden, the roof terrace…blissful. The village, everything present. Michele is a great host, responds quickly to questions, helps where necessary and gives you peace of mind…a lot of peace of mind. Rent a car or a scooter (in the village), then you can really enjoy this island and Finca al Mare. We will definitely come back.

My friend and I stayed at Lorenzo’s place for 4 nights. Lorenzo made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to help us with restaurants and activities. Nothing was too much trouble. He also had luggage storage for our last day. The apartment is spotless and has 2 lovely terraces. We were able to walk to great restaurants and a very quiet beach. Lorenzo helped us with buses so that we could go to Negembo Thermsl baths - a must for visitors. I cannot recommend this place enough - there were 2 of us but it would easily accommodate 4.
