Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Our home is perched at the top of Inverness Ridge with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean, Farallon Islands, and the Point Reyes National Seashore. Absolute peace, fresh air, and a five minute stroll from park trails. Quiet and crime free, the Artist Retreat is worlds apart from urban excitement. Guests are amazed by its beauty. Being at the top of a ridge, it is a 11/2 mile drive to get there. The road is quite steep with many turns. Free Level 2 charger which we encourage guests to use.

Bolinas Beach Home

One-of-a-kind house that is over the Bolinas Lagoon with 180 degree views of the lagoon, beach, and Mt. Tamalpais. The beach is 250 ft away. House is furnished with high end Restoration Hardware and Design Within Reach furniture. Relax on the deck, watch the tide go in-and-out, and marvel at the seals, birds, and wildlife. There is a canoe, 2 stand-up paddle boards, beach towel, fishing rods, and crab pot available for use. And of course fast WiFi for streaming and video calls.

Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast. Long-term discounts are available (15% for 1+ weeks and $30% for 1+ months). Tell me what dates you want and inquire about even better Special Offers. NOTE: single nights are available ONLY when the adjacent nights are booked. Pets are welcome, at $5 per night per pet. The $40 pet deposit is returnable within 24 hours of your departure (so make sure I have your address). Pet fees are due by cash or check on arrival.

Luxury and Design- 200 ft or 1 min walk to beach

Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask. Occasionally, we have a last minute deal (LMD) with shorter stays. Let us know if you want to be added to the LMD list.

3 Bedroom home in quiet and beautiful Point Reyes

Our house is in a small quiet col de sac. 5 minute walk from Point Reyes downtown with shops, market, and Tomales Bay Foods. You have access to the house, living room space, both front and backyard and washer dryer in the garage. It is our primary home and some of personal items may be accessible in the common areas and we ask that you please be respectful.
