Private suite vacation rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

We had a wonderful 5 week stay with our gracious and equally wonderful hosts, Paul and Omi. This is an excellent location in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a very peaceful and well kept backyard garden space just out side the cottage which lends a magical air to the property. The cottage itself is small but very cozy and clean... and filled with an artist touch. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended.

This place was a perfect place to stay by Jax beach. We were able to walk to restaurants and they even offered us bikes. They were super friendly and made sure we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice neighborhood. We had a very nice weekend getaway.

This was a great place to stay! It is just like it looks in the pictures. While it is small it was perfect for our two-person vacation. Only about 30 minutes to a beach and very close to downtown Jacksonville. We were able to do just about everything you could've done in a full-size home. You are able to hear the family upstairs when they are home, so keep that in mind. There also is only a small stove, which can make cooking hard (but we made it work quite well). Also, the water pressure was not the greatest ever seen, but also not the worst, the shower was a good size so it made up for it. The place was clean overall, there were just some places that had some dirt/dust. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you just need somewhere to stay. Marcie was great at communicating with us, and even let us borrow her can opener. I would totally stay here again!

My wife and I were visiting our Flagler College students. We wanted to be close to the beach with an affordable place to stay. Michelle's studio apartment was absolutely perfect. Nice wide open room with a queen bed, comfy couch, dining table and kitchenette. The entrance has an inviting porch / sitting area equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and two beach cruiser bikes. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed my stay while in town for business. I would definitely stay here again. They even gave me a little bit of extra parking for my larger vehicle. A win all the way around. Great space.

We had a great stay at Jenifers place. We were in town for a concert at the amphitheatre. We loved that it was within walking distance. We would definitely book again! The place was very cute and super clean. Jenifer left us with everything you would ever need/want. Thank you for the snacks! ❤️

The loft was perfect for our needs!! Great location, easy walk downtown, in a beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of room. Very clean. Very nice bathrooms. Loved it!!

Kristina’s apartment was charming, every detail carefully thought out, wonderful decor, and every comfort provided. The yard, pool and canal were beautiful, tropical, and private. Kristina was so responsive and helpful, we would love to visit her place again.

Hard to put into words and 5 stars is not enough stars to give the experience! I really really loved this place and enjoyed my stay! The accommodations were excellent—really comfortable and cozy, making it feel just like home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The space was very clean and updated for a modern, cozy feel, which made it even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville! 100 out of 5 stars!!

The Petite was the best option I could have picked to stay at- It’s right across the street from Mayo, which made my stay way easier. Everything was pristine when we first got there, it had everything you could possibly need during your stay, and has a warm and cozy feeling to it that made me feel safe and at home during my stay. Also need to mention how Stuart and Elizabeth are the best hosts ever; so efficient and quick with their responses and always willing to help with everything needed. It was also great how all the instructions to the house were laid out in a binder, and it even had recommendations for restaurants, food delivery services and many other things that as a tourist, are really appreciated. Had the best time ever, and it definitely was the best choice for a stay in Jax.

It truly is a home away from home! Sara’s home had just about every thing you could think of down to a hair dryer lol Sara gave us a wonderful list of things to do & places to eat. Her home was perfect for the 3 of us and was very clean. I will surely return ❤️

This was our second time staying here! You can’t beat the location - short walk to the beach, charming Mexican restaurant across the street, lots of restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. We also brought our bikes and rode them everywhere. Kids loved the pool and enjoyed it even though it was end of March/early April. We had a great second stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's. We enjoyed how quiet and clean everything was. It was also such a close distance to the beach which was a HUGE plus! We would definitely stay here again!

Yoe’s airbnb was SO clean, cute, and convenient. A lot of “extra’s” were available: toothbrush, toothpaste, nail brush, bathroom hand soap, and liquid soap, etc. It was nicely decorated. the kitchenette was small, but had everything we needed. The next time I am in Jacksonville, I would love to stay in Yoe’s Airbnb!

Loved it! Dima is such a warm and hospitable host. She made me feel right at home. The cottage is wonderful. It is located on a quiet, peaceful property. I really enjoyed my stay. I originally booked it for three months but due to some health issues, I had to cut my visit short. Dima was so kind and worked with me throughout the entire process. Lori was a great host. Quick to reply to my questions. I ask if she could get a bottle of champagne upon our arrival for our anniversary. She was happy to do so without and extra charge. We also asked for an 11am check out, Lori agreed with out hesitation. The Tupelo Studio was perfect for our 4 day staycation. Very quiet area, we felt right at home. The minute we opened the door we loved it. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were great too. Plenty of bath/beach towels and a verity of hair styling products, soaps, body washes, creams/lotions. The shower pressure was great. The Tupelo Studio was not far from downtown (historical district), beaches, the St. Augustine Light House and other sights to see. We enjoyed every part of our stay.

I think this place is just great! After a long day of sightseeing, the clean, cozy peacefulness of it was a soothing balm to the senses. A+
