Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Intracoastal Waterway

My family of four (to include 2 children) absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed, it was a beautiful home and lovely yard and back deck for us to enjoy. We walked everywhere, had several great breakfasts at Ragga Bean and food and drinks at Dog rose brewery- both only 2-3 blocks away. I would stay here again for sure!

The house was clean and spacious. We didn’t use the kitchen appliances, but the cabinets were stocked with dishes. Bathrooms were clean. We bought our own towels, soap, etc. but there were towels available for use. We’d definitely stay here again.

Awesome host. The place was exactly as pictured. Great place to reconnect and explore something new. we hope to make this a yearly vacation spot.

We had an amazing stay! Alissa was great at communicating and her recommendations were very helpful. The house was fantastic. Very clean and well decorated. We loved the back screened porch. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Such a great location for getting to town and the beach, and so many restaurants to choose from nearby. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was too short, but we were happy to be in this area near family and friends, in a cute comfortable house with easy instructions and great communication before, during and after. Beds were exceptional and the private back yard (with its fire pit, putting green and seating) was inviting. We plan to stay again if it is available when visiting Jax!

Home was as described. Very spacious neat and clean. Home is well stock with basic necessities in case you forget items for your trip. If you have extra items pay it forward Home has a an abundant supply of games and books for kids and adults to occupy their downtime. There’s a very nice view in the backyard a waterfront view. You can enjoy the scenery in the morning or at sunset. Owner has personal items in the home so be very respectful. There are three bedrooms that are available all located upstairs. There’s one TV in the home located in the downstairs area. Air conditioning and fans in every room, linen and towels to accommodate as well as a washer and dryer. Home is located in a central location with access to mini shops, restaurants and attractions.

It was just what we needed. Very accommodating , it was what had been described. Huge rooms . It was great would use it again

Exactly what we wanted. Awesome place by the river with amazing sunsets! Big kitchen, walk around porch connecting every bedroom, big living room and it also has 2 kayaks! Don’t miss out on this place.

Was a very cozy weekend getaway. Very close to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to stay when you just want to getaway from everything else. We enjoyed ourselves.

We loved the location of this place! Far enough from the traffic and hustle of downtown, but only a 10 minute drive or uber. We loved how close it was to the beach and even used the bikes to ride up to the lighthouse. Would recommend!

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

Wonderful place to stay! The unit is comfortable, bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen/bathroom are updated. Probably our favorite place to stay in St. Augustine, and we’ve stayed in several! One of the key pad locks had to be reprogrammed to let us in but that was done very quickly! Will probably book again!

Thank you for even reaching out during our stay to make sure we were good. I will def def book with you again. The AirBNB was perfect. It was comfortable. It was spotless and neat. John and Kelley’s place was easy to find and in a great location with plenty of walkable restaurants. We were in town for the MS walk which was at the Lighthouse down the street. It is also a nice walk to Historic downtown St Augustine and it was nice not have to search for parking. They were very flexible and were able to accommodate an early check in. Their place is very quiet, quaint, and a very comfortable bed. We won’t hesitate to book another stay! Hopefully to catch a concert at the Amphitheater which is also a short distance. We had a great time at Wymans apartment. The flat is big and lots of sunshine, great kitchen and outdoor area. Especially the gym and pool are a great plus. The communication with Wyman was great. Thank you again.

The place Seemed bigger than it was. Kitchen was modern and well appointed.bed was comfortable, Though squeezed into a tight space. The only negative, if you are a light sleeper, is that you can hear small planes, taking off and landing From the nearby executive airport. This starts shortly after daybreak. You also have to drive a couple of miles to find a restaurant. But this was a very good experience, and I would stay again.

Eddie is super respectful and goes out of his way to help out with whatever you need. I enjoyed my stay and I wouldn’t mind booking again in the future.

This is the perfect little cabin for you and your spouse to have the a fun and romantic get away! Extra plus if you have a boat there is very easy water access

Wanted a weekend getaway, got a weekend getaway! As others have said, the tents do feel like they are in the backyard, but we had no issues there. We loved the Jacuzzi and listening to the birdsong on the porch. I definitely recommend taking the kayaks out for a peaceful paddle. If you need a few days of tranquil solitude, this is for you!

I’m enjoying my stay here clean and comfortable can’t complain 🙏🏼
