A Savonnières, located within the perimeter of the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the heart of the Loire Castles region, in a charming village. The accommodation is new, located in an outbuilding of our house. Equipped kitchen (plates, oven, fridge, coffee machine... and washing machine), sofa bed for two people, a third bed for a child can be added, TV, bathroom with shower. The studio is decorated like our house, i.e. a mix of industrial, recovery with some original touches. Our visitors will be able to enjoy the garden, living room, barbecue, bicycles and also our chatter (restaurants, visits, wines...). We will be delighted to help you ensure that you have a pleasant stay in the Châteaux region of the Loire. Our house is not served by public transport. Also, it is rather suitable for cyclotourists or guests traveling. Here are some ideas for activities to do nearby: discover the Loire à Vélo, visit the Chateaux de Villandry, Azay le Rideau... Very nice house on the banks of the Loire (and Vienna), beautiful environment, large garden, very quiet, well-equipped, perfectly suited to a family of 15 people. Very good contact with very responsive hosts (although not on-site). In short, we recommend it without reservations.

We had a pleasant family weekend at this mill! We were won over by the charm of the place. Everything is done and thought out to be able to enjoy great times for families or groups of friends. I highly recommend it!!

Mill with pool, heart of the Loire Valley

Everything and more. With all the COVID stress, the family needed a change of scenery. From the reservation time to the end of our stay, Anne was super responsive, understanding to our travel challenges and many questions. The Moulin is exceptional. As described, the "meunier stairs" are steep so not for family with kids on the younger side. Ours are old enough. Nothing says more relaxing then falling asleep at the sound of water (it is relaxing and not too noisy at all). The parents room is humongous with a beautiful view of the water. The back deck is definitely the spot to hang around and fish. We caught few which was fun. Some fishing materials is left for everyone to enjoy as well as a kayak and small rowing boat. The domain is beautiful and the common places (pingpong, swimming pool and foosball) are very clean and neat. The challenge was to leave the place to go local excursions. We wanted to just be with family and chill and we did a lot of that. What a treat. So for a place with a unique cachet, in the middle of the Loire Valley and with all the peace, tranquility, zen and fun, the Moulin du Breuil is your place.

We stayed at Gaspard’s place for our family holiday. Absolutely beautiful place! More than what we expected. The house has everything you need! Easy accessible, local shops close by. 15-20 mins drive from Tours, Azay le Rideau. Lots of things to do around the area. We are traveling with two young kids, majority of the time we stayed at the house, you can just enjoy the big garden and river, relax and chill 😎Garspard and Rachel are super friendly and helpful, giving us lots of advices! Thank you Gaspard and Rachel for having us, we had a wonderful stay there!

For this first "cousinade" the experience was fabulous. Beautiful weather, a soothing setting and environment, a house with all the necessary amenities, with a certain charm and beautiful decor. The plus, an incomparable welcome and invaluable help from the owners Olivier, to find a solution to our car adventures! In short, go for it, you won't be disappointed. The happy dinners, under the stars, on the big table will remain forever etched in our memories.

We had a wonderful stay as a group. Three families with children; all found something to do their happiness in this splendid house. The common living spaces are pleasant and spacious, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and the foosball table has brought together young and old around wild parts. Our biggest favorite was the heated indoor pool. An undeniable asset to occupy the children at the end of the day after visiting one of the many sites to see in the region. A big thank you to Adeline who welcomed us so well and was very responsive and accommodating during our stay.
