Despite a boiler problem when we arrived the rest of our stay went well. Pleasant castle, well-equipped, nice bathroom. Great for a weekend with friends and family.

We had a very relaxing stay enjoying the sun and beautiful flowers in the garden. The place is very quiet and it is possible to walk in the fields around but you have to take the car to the basic necessities shops in the neighboring village 8min drive or for restaurants 20min away. If you're looking for peace and a place to disconnect, don't hesitate!

This place is very special. It is 100% private in a beautiful setting surrounded by fields and forests. The two houses are a delight to spend time in. They have all the facilities we needed, and when anything happened which needed some attention our hosts came within 15 minutes to address them. Plus, within easy driving distances are a host of the very best Chateaux in the country; real authentic French restaurants in small villages... I could go on, but I hope you get the message, we loved our time at this lovely property.

Very pleasant welcome for this end of the year in the small farmhouse of Véronique and her husband. New accommodation perfectly equipped. Véronique is hyper responsive to messages and inquiries, good advice on her environment (activities, quality shops...) The property is accessible to PRMs. Véronique and her husband offer other accommodations (not visited), bringing the total capacity to 18 people . For us an address that we retain for our encounters with friends. We recommend this small farmhouse near the Chateaux de la Loire

Very nice environment and very nice accommodation, with beautiful exterior and very nice terrace that we enjoyed. Very clean accommodation, matches the photos well. Superb stay with friends on the banks of the Loire, beautiful house with a very nice garden that allows us to enjoy the outdoors. Close to Amboise and Tours with many activities available nearby! Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Juan’s beautiful barn conversion. The property is just as described and matches the photos. The pool area and garden are lovely, although we were not able to make much use of it due to unseasonably bad weather. It would be perfect in the summer. We were still able to use the pool as it has a full cover. Juan is a very friendly, responsive but discreet host.

Very pleasant stay in a very beautiful area, close to Amboise (15 min by car). The place is spacious, clean and very nice. Rémy was welcoming, accommodating and responsive, I recommend it!

An idyllic setting for those looking for a great space to welcome family and friends. A very pleasant calm, a decorated house with great taste and the pool house is a real plus. Patou welcomed us wonderfully and remained available throughout the stay. Between the swimming pool, the billiards room, the large living room with the video projector and the beautiful bar, this place will seduce you for sure. I highly recommend

A very, very pleasant week of family vacation with children and grandchildren. Ludivine is a welcoming hostess, available, attentive to the well-being of her tenants and her home reflects her personality. Everything is done to make you feel good, whether you are an adult or a child. Large grounds with views of the Loire, play areas for children, very nice swimming pool and the small farm, additional attraction for young and old. An unforgettable family stay! We had an exceptional weekend in this gaming cottage, perfectly suited for all generations: grandparents, parents and children all felt at home. The accommodation is as atypical as it is warm, with original decoration and incredible equipment for lovers of games and gaming. Special mention for its ideal location in the heart of Tours. We had a great week! The house is perfectly equipped , the air conditioning was very useful the first 2 days of our stay. We enjoyed the pool greatly. Beautiful English garden. The walks along the expensive river are very soothing.

had a great stay with Didier and his wife. What a beautiful house. Spatially set up so you certainly don't have to walk in each other's way. However, it is handy with small children and grandmother who came to visit. A very spacious kitchen with all the comforts. I would just bring my own sharp knives that I missed. Clean rooms, kitchen, baby cot and high chair. Also fun games for the kids. Nice homemade tree fort and a swing! The house is in the countryside and trips to a nice town is usually a 45 minute drive. Don't mind this. The pool was a delight for swimming. Unfortunately, we had less than hoped for. But Didier turned on the heat pump for us and the canopy over it and then it is certainly good to spend time in the pool. Our son has overcome his fear of water here and couldn't get away! What a delight to see! We are extremely grateful to Didier and Betrix for our great stay! Recommended!

We had a great time at Eric and Lydia's. The setting was very nice and the house very comfortable. We had 4 small children and we were able to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind (secure pool, suitable equipment...). We recommend this listing, especially since the hosts were welcoming and available.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Agnes’s on our Loire Valley tour of chateaux. The location of the house is minutes away from Chateau Villandry. The house itself was impeccably clean and very comfortable. We all enjoyed the gorgeous pool after a hot day exploring. The facilities were excellent and had everyone you could possibly require. Our daughter also enjoyed playing in the children’s area at the front of the house. We would definitely stay again but for longer next time! Thank you Agnes for having us.

Good area for visiting the castles of the Loire Valley or cycling or hiking. The place is beautiful. It's easy to see that this is a tasteful renovation. I recommend it.
