Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment in fantastic location on the canal. Riccardo and Sarah were very knowledgeable and helpful hosts, nothing was a problem. Private parking, great breakfast and bikes for hire to ride along the canals and cobbled streets in this v pretty town were a bonus as well as English spoken. Would highly recommend this stay as well as a walk to the nearby Museo which has an outstanding, beautiful display of the excavation of a Roman shipwreck and its cargo.

Überaus herzlicher Empfang auf einem wunderschönen grünen Grundstück direkt mit Blick auf den Fluss. Am Frühstückstisch konnte man sich mit weiteren Gästen austauschen und sich ein paar Travel-Tipps und Erfahrungen einholen oder auch weitergeben. Insgesamt eine sehr offene, lockere Atmosphäre. Wir würden diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen und auch selbst gern wiederkommen!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Very friendly host! The house looks impeccable, the terrace is wonderful. The apartament is located in a central area with very easy access to all areas of the city. I highly recommend.

L’interazione per la prenotazione è stata rapida. Ho soggiornato per esigenze di lavoro e quindi con orari particolari ma non è stato un problema adattare gli orari di check-in e check-out. L’accoglienza è stata calda ed ospitale come se ci si conoscesse da tantissimo tempo. Struttura pet friendly, non ha avuto problemi ad accogliere i miei due Labrador Retriever. L’alloggio pulito, ordinato ed accogliente, non mancava nulla, sembrava di essere a casa propria, lontano da rumori e traffico. A servizio degli ospiti anche una rete wi-fi con connessione abbastanza veloce. Parcheggio interno. A disposizione anche un piccolo giardino molto curato. Tornerò sicuramente.

L’alloggio di Sandra è un punto di riferimento per me che saltuariamente frequento quella zona. Stanza molto ampie, ordinate e pulizia ottima degli ambienti. Grazie mille

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Vania ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Märchen und ist einfach nur verzaubert. Das Frühstück haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Es war liebevoll und köstlich zubereitet. Bei Abreise hatten wir ein tränendes, aber zugleich auch ein lachendes Auge, denn wir wollen auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e posso dire che: la struttura è nuova, la camera ed il bagno pulitissimi, la colazione con una ottima offerta e l’host molto cordiale e gentile, Abbiamo molto apprezzato il parcheggio gratuito e in loco arrivando tardi la sera e l’attenzione ad una richiesta particolare sulla prima colazione: consigliatissimo!

Sandras Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, sauber, super Ort zu erhohlen! Sandra und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen!! Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

La stanza in acetaia è stato qualcosa di magico... un'atmosfera di altri tempi, immersa nella campagna. Bellissimo anche il tour dell'aceto, abbiamo imparato tantissimo!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu. Niedaleko od rynku Bolonii, można spokojnie dojść tam spacerem. Do dworca też można dostać się pieszo. mieszkanie schludne, posprzątane i takie jak na zdjęciach. Gospodarze pomocni, dobra komunikacja :) Voucher na śniadanie to bardzo miły gest :) Bardzo dziękujemy za wszystko, pobyt jak najbardziej udany!

Liebe Petra, Mattia, Maria, Giovanni, Oliver, Lester und Otto, Es war uns eine wirklich grosse Freude bei euch in der Unterkunft unterzukommen, welche sich schon nach einem kurzen Aufenthalt anfühlte wie ein Zuhause. Wir trafen auf eine Familie, welche ein grosses Herz und echte Leidenschaft für ihre Tätigkeit als Gastgeber empfinden. Wir sind überaus begeistert und werden nächstes Jahr garantiert zurückkehren, um noch mehr qualitative Zeit in dieser schönen Umgebung, mit dieser wundervollen Familie als Gastgeber verbringen zu können. Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen und künstlerisch gestalteten Zimmer fast direkt am Strand. Roberto ist ein super freundlicher und sehr netter Gastgeber gewesen. Das Angebotene Frühstück war super lecker und man hatte viel Auswahl, auch der Cappuccino war super! Wir können Robertos Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

The place wasn't easy to find. We arrived at night during strong rain. Our room was ready and warm when we arrived. The room was clean and spacious. The farmhouse is beautiful especially in the morning when the rain stopped. Flowering tree everywhere. Sofie is a gracious and helpful host. Thank you, Sofie! We really enjoyed our stay at your place

Die Ankunft und das Kennenlernen waren sehr herzlich. Es gab sehr leckeren Kuchen und absolut leckere Früchte, wie frisch gepflückt. Die Unterkunft war super und sehr sauber. Es ist eine entsprechend große Wohnung, die allen unseren Wünschen entsprach. Das Highlight war natürlich der Pool. Was gibt es schöneres am frühen morgen, am heißen Mittag oder noch am späten Abend eine runde zu schwimmen. Karl uns seine Frau waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. So stellen sich meine Familie und ich Urlaub vor. Auch ist Karls Domizil ein super Ausgangspunkt für kulturelle Aktivitäten, nach Ravenna, Rimini oder San Mareno. Vielen Dank Karl!

We could enjoy some wonderful days in this villa. Gabriele and Pamela are amazing hosts and very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend this place.

Il soggiorno da Piero è stato perfetto nulla lasciato al caso, dal posto stupendo immerso nel verde con una bellissima visuale sulle colline circostanti, alla pulizia delle camere e dei bagni (perfetta!), alla simpatia e cordialità di Piero e di sua moglie con i quali ci siamo anche "persi" in belle chiaccherate ! Per finire al risveglio la ci siamo trovati una colazione fantastica preparata dalla moglie di Piero....torte e dolci fatti in casa per noi! Grazie ancora ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Massimiliano e Carmen sono due padroni di casa splendidi! La casa di campagna con il suo giardino fiabesco è stata per noi la miglior scelta possibile dal momento che eravamo in cerca di un posto tranquillo e rilassante e vicino alle varie attrazioni della zona. La colazione è una vera coccola: Carmen prepara giornalmente dolci prelibati che ti fanno sentire al centro dell’universo. Caffè, tisane, succhi di frutta, frutta fresca e opzioni salate! Tutto con la cura di chi vuol farti sentire bene in totale relax. Ogni dettaglio è curato e consiglio vivamente a chi può, di venire a passare qualche giorno in questo angolo di paradiso ❤️

Da Lorenzo è come essere a casa lontani da casa, sono persone stupende e ci siamo subito trovati benissimo. Dall'ottima comunicazione alla super disponibilità ad ogni nostra richiesta o domanda, Lorenzo ci ha aperto le porte di casa sua e forse anche di un pezzo di cuore, sembra che ospita persone per conoscere e farsi conoscere e per far vivere le mura della casa sempre e comunque, anche se loro per lavoro o per altri motivi non riescono starci, ci fanno stare altre persone. E che bella casa poi, una piccola villa in mezzo alla natura di un verde che intossica tutto intorno, arredata con gusto e completa di ogni cosa! Sicuramente torneremo perché una volta che superi il traguardo della Casa di Agata, ti senti in debito per ritornarci. Se si è amanti del verde, della tranquillità, della Toscana con tutto quello che ha da offrire, quella autentica dei borghi, un soggiorno alla Casa di Agata è tutto quello che serve. Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Wie hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Maria und Tazio sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Sie kümmern sich liebevoll um alle Gäste. Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern hergerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight ist das köstliche Frühstück am Morgen. Das wohl beste Frühstück, das wir je hatten. Tausend Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung. Wir würden immer wieder buchen. Hervorragend.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte. Stefano ci ha aspettato nonostante fossimo arrivate alle 20:00. La stanza e il bagno erano grandi, con tutto il necessario, pulitissimi e ben arredati. Anche la cucina e la sala dove abbiamo fatto colazione, alla mattina erano bellissime, sembrava di essere a casa. Per colazione c'erano diverse torte, biscotti e brioches (anche senza glutine), succhi, frutta, cereali, fette biscottate, pane, marmellata di tutti i tipi...Tutto perfetto insomma. Abbiamo dormito perfettamente, perché il luogo è in collina, silenzioso, con una vista e un tramonto spettacolare.

Il soggiorno da Giovanna è stato ottimo. Il posto è molto bello, pulitissimo, con colazione ottima e abbondante e una piscina tranquilla. Consigliato.
