Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment in fantastic location on the canal. Riccardo and Sarah were very knowledgeable and helpful hosts, nothing was a problem. Private parking, great breakfast and bikes for hire to ride along the canals and cobbled streets in this v pretty town were a bonus as well as English spoken. Would highly recommend this stay as well as a walk to the nearby Museo which has an outstanding, beautiful display of the excavation of a Roman shipwreck and its cargo.

Our time here was amazing! Sofie is a beautiful person and a wonderful host. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Highly recommend - we will hopefully be back again soon! 😊

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

The interaction for the reservation was quick. I stayed for work needs and therefore with special times but it was not a problem to adapt the check-in and check-out times. The welcome was warm and hospitable as if we had known each other for a long time. Pet friendly property, no problem accommodating my two Labrador Retrievers. The accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming, nothing was missing, it felt like home, away from noise and traffic. Guests also have a Wi-Fi network with a fairly fast connection. Indoor parking. A small, well-kept garden is also available. I'll definitely be back.

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Vania is a very friendly and helpful hostess. The place is a dream. You feel like you're in a fairy tale and are simply enchanted. We enjoyed breakfast every day. It was lovingly and deliciously prepared. When we left, we had a tear in our eye, but also a smile, because we definitely want to come back.

Teresa is the kindest host we have come across in our many Airbnb stays. She went out of her way to accomodate any need we had and even baked us an amazing cherry tart for breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home and her location was great for our needs. It is a charming peaceful town and was perfect for our group of 13. I hope we can go back.

The beach is just across the road, it's simply not too convenient, there is a lot of common space, the room arrangement is reasonable and comfortable, and it's worth coming back!

We stayed only one night and I can say that: the property is new, the room and bathroom very clean, breakfast with a great offer and the host very friendly and kind, We really appreciated the free parking and on site arriving late in the evening and the attention to a special request on breakfast: highly recommended!

Very good location of the property. Not far from Bologna's market, you can easily walk there. You can also get to the station on foot. The apartment is neat, clean and as in the photos. Very nice place to stay with a great and artistically designed room almost right on the beach. Roberto has been a super friendly and very nice host. The breakfast offered was super tasty and you had a lot of choice, also the cappuccino was great! We definitely recommend Roberto's place and would be happy to come back.

We had a pleasant stay at Lucas'. Everything was perfect. A carefully maintained residence, perfectly clean. The room is very well insulated from noise, comfortable bedding. Breakfast is very hearty with fresh, quality products. As for Lucas, he is attentive to his customers, accommodating and very pleasant. We highly recommend this property.

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

How had a wonderful stay in villa. Maria and Tazio are the best hosts you can imagine. They lovingly take care of all the guests The house are beautiful and modernly furnished. Our room was very clean and we felt very much. The absolute highlight is the delicious breakfast in the morning. Probably the best breakfast we've ever had. Thank you so much for this awesome experience. We would always book again. Excellent.

We stayed for one night. Stefano waited for us even though we arrived at 8:00 p.m. The room and bathroom were large, with everything you need, very clean and well furnished. Even the kitchen and the room where we had breakfast in the morning were beautiful, it felt like home. For breakfast there were several cakes, cookies and brioches (even gluten-free), juices, fruit, cereals, rusks, bread, jam of all kinds... Everything was perfect. We slept perfectly, because the place is on a hill, quiet, with a view and a spectacular sunset.

The house was a rare find and better than expected! Giovanna made me feel at home from the moment we spoke on messages! She made the best breakfast for me everyday i was there and kept tidying up my room all the time! The only regret i have is that i didnt spend more time with Giovanna at that gorgeous villa! If i ever get the chance to go again i will not leave from that estate!!!

We made a last minute change of our route along the Via Degli Dei and Chiara’s house was a wonderful mountain chalet that was better than expected. It is right on the trail and a lovely place. Chiara was helpful and flexible upon checking in. Really loved it!

If you want to disconnect from everything and immerse yourself in nature, this place is for you! Giacomo and Daniela are super hosts. They'll make you feel welcomed as a family. If you have children, they will enjoy seeing the various animals ( from the turtle to the donkey). Grabbing blackberries and figs and eating them under the tree is an experience that remains in the heart. Try to believe!
