I had a fantastic stay! Marcella was a great host—super welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was outstanding: cozy, clean, and beautifully kept. A special shoutout to her wonderful mom, who took amazing care of me and served the most incredible Italian breakfasts every morning. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Silvia's San Croce Terrace was a pleasure. It is easily accessed by bus from Santa Maria Novella station and a short walk to the major attractions and restaurants. We found the apartment to be very clean and well accessorized. Silvia even provided breakfast items such as yogurt, milk, juice and bread for toast. And then to be able to sit on the terrace at the beginning or end of the day was very nice. We highly recommend Silvia's San Croce Terrace.

The interaction for the reservation was quick. I stayed for work needs and therefore with special times but it was not a problem to adapt the check-in and check-out times. The welcome was warm and hospitable as if we had known each other for a long time. Pet friendly property, no problem accommodating my two Labrador Retrievers. The accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming, nothing was missing, it felt like home, away from noise and traffic. Guests also have a Wi-Fi network with a fairly fast connection. Indoor parking. A small, well-kept garden is also available. I'll definitely be back.

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

I had a very nice room in a place with indescribable views. However, you should know that the place is very remote. Ruth and her husband were extremely friendly and accommodating. It feels very nice.

It's close to the airport and there's free parking. The room is perfect for a short stay, the apartment has everything you may need and everything was clean. Luca is very friendly and kind.

Francesco was a lovely host. The room was spacious and clean. It was nice that it included coffee and tea. We arrived a little later in the evening, but Francesco was flexible with our arrival time and even recommended a good pizzeria near. The room is located in a green and quiet neighbourhood, but well connected to the centre. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Bologna and we definitely want to come back someday!

We stayed 2 nights in the property, a beautiful garden that we enjoyed, well organized and with attention to detail. Great relaxing break! Great breakfast, good variety and availability of Ylenn. Ylena and Franco are excellent hosts, very kind in providing us with directions to the restaurants in the area (excellent!) room with private bathroom, with all comforts, the only drawback is the presence of the bathtub in the lower part of the bathroom.

This is the ideal place for nature and mountain lovers.

Excellent alternative for those who are in the vicinity of Monte delle Formiche and Monte Bibele. Isolated place but ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Annamaria was very helpful in welcoming us, with a flexible check-in time and clarity in all the services provided during the stay.

Leonardo is a very attentive and helpful host. The location is central and also easily accessible from the train station. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. I'll be back for sure!

Perfect accommodation with plenty of space, comfortable bed, excellent cleanliness and the equipment that Ms. Marzia provides is super complete. There is everything for the bathroom, to be able to prepare something hot and quality breakfast products. Considering the quiet location away from noise, just 1 km from the center on foot, and the unique availability of Marzia, it is a must for staying in the Cervia area. Thanks, see you next time.

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

Massimiliano and Carmen are two wonderful hosts! The country house with its fairytale garden was the best possible choice for us since we were looking for a quiet and relaxing place and close to the various attractions of the area. Breakfast is a real treat: Carmen prepares delicious sweets every day that make you feel like you're the center of the universe. Coffee, herbal teas, juices, fresh fruit and savory options! All with the care of those who want to make you feel good in total relaxation. Every detail is taken care of and I highly recommend that those who can, come and spend a few days in this corner of paradise ❤️

From Lorenzo it's like being at home away from home, they are beautiful people and we immediately had a great time. From excellent communication to super availability to our every request or question, Lorenzo opened the doors of his home to us and perhaps even a piece of heart, it seems that he is hosting people to meet and get to know each other and to make the walls of the house live always and in any case, even if they for work or for other reasons cannot be there, they make us stay with other people. And what a beautiful house then, a small villa in the middle of the nature of a green that intoxicates all around, tastefully furnished and complete with everything! We will definitely be back because once you pass the goal of the House of Agata, you feel indebted to return. If you are a lover of greenery, tranquility, Tuscany with everything it has to offer, the authentic one of the villages, a stay at the Casa di Agata is all you need. Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

We stayed for one night. Stefano waited for us even though we arrived at 8:00 p.m. The room and bathroom were large, with everything you need, very clean and well furnished. Even the kitchen and the room where we had breakfast in the morning were beautiful, it felt like home. For breakfast there were several cakes, cookies and brioches (even gluten-free), juices, fruit, cereals, rusks, bread, jam of all kinds... Everything was perfect. We slept perfectly, because the place is on a hill, quiet, with a view and a spectacular sunset.

Giovanna's stay was great. The place is very nice, very clean, with excellent and abundant breakfast and a quiet pool. Recommended.
