Perfect Family-Friendly Stay in the Heart of Mysore We had a wonderful experience staying at Saraswathi’s place—it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, just 8 minutes from the Mysore Railway Station, making it super convenient to access major tourist attractions, restaurants, and local markets. The apartment is family-friendly and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay—a fully functional kitchen, iron box, washing machine, and a TV that kept our kids engaged after a day of sightseeing. The space was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and very spacious. Saraswathi is a fantastic superhost—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt completely at ease and would absolutely choose to stay here again the next time we visit Mysore. Highly recommended!

Property is very clean, kitchen is fully equipped, have all the facilities like home - cooker, mixer, smart tv, fully automatic washing machine, clean bathrooms, geysers, etc very much enjoyed the property and host was always responsive.

Good place with ample outdoor space to stay if you are looking for something thats different from a cliche apartment type stay. Regarding the bedding situation, other than the single bedroom, others needed some attention but clear instructions from the host was helpful. Vijay is a great host who actually cared for our comfortable stay. Would recommend it.

I had a great time staying here as my base as I explored Mysore. Simran and her mother were very flexible, understanding and helpful, and I very much appreciated that. As hosts, they made my time in the city all the better! The house is spacious and off the main road, so it’s usually quite quiet at night, a good respite from the noise of the city especially during Dasara! There is a convenient bus to the city not far from the house, and Uber also worked very well. About 110 rupee to Mysore Palace by tuktuk (“auto”). They provide clean drinking water and there’s a place to hang your clothes outside. Some good vegetarian restaurants in walking distance. The house is fairly old, but apart from the electricity sockets which were a little bit loose for my devices’ connections, it was all pretty well-maintained and everything was clean. I’d stay again!

This is a beautiful place to plan a family get together! We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and had a great family time! The pool was lovely, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved the open bath plan!! Chef Bupendra was courteous and made yummy hot parathas for us for breakfast and on the whole the food was delicious! The rest of the staff were also friendly and approachable. We also went for a short run to a hillock nearby and it was a great experience! The evening was made special with bonfire and music outside. Overall it was a lovely day of celebrations at Sambhrama farms! Would definitely recommend this place and will surely come back for another celebration!

We had a fantastic stay! The villa with a private pool was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We were traveling with our dog, and the property had ample space for him to walk and run around leash-free — a huge plus for pet parents! The host also provided clear instructions for the route, especially helpful since we were traveling with a pet. The food was amazing — delicious, homely, and very reasonably priced. We ended up having all our meals there! They even helped us arrange a jeep for the safari and shared great local recommendations for sightseeing. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d love to come back again soon! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway.

It’s was an amazing experience staying in this property it’s a huge space that can accommodate more then 6people and our children’s loved the pool, over all a must visit with family or friends

Amazing place for a group to stay. Looks exactly like in the photos. If you need an escape from the city please visit this place it’s covered 360 degree with greeneries. Just that it’s too interior and cannot expect any restaurant or food delivery but still you can cook as the kitchen is very well equipped. Overall it’s worth it

Ours was a group of 3 families that stayed here for a safari trip at Kabini. the safari pick up point ks about 45 minutea fron this place. Amazing location innthe middle of fields, and right next to a stream! Very clean and well-kept villas. They had proactively fixed a faulty AC in one of the rooms even before we checked in. The best part was the food, very homely meals that even the kids loved.

Great place. Good hygiene. Good food and also the host is very responsive, including the staff they were too friendly. They used to serve us food and asked whether we liked the food each and every serve. And also they helped us recommending many local places. This places would now definitely be my go to place. Loved it. And would definitely recommend this place.

Great place with a good pool and nice surroundings. It has individual 1 bhk condos which gives everyone privacy. The have a lovely dog Shimbu who's really friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and everything was in working order. The host was very responsive and the location was great for getting to places easily.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment – it's spacious and well-suited for families. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, which made our stay very convenient. A special mention to our host, Guru Kiran – he was extremely kind and helpful, especially when our car got stuck in the parking area. He went out of his way to assist us, and we really appreciated that. The only downside was the housekeeping – it could have been much better. The house wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival, so I’d suggest improving that aspect for future guests.

The place was really in middle of the farms and was beautiful without the hustle bustle of city. It’s near to Mysore and Varuna lake is just 2 kms away from this place. The host also provided home cooked meals at reasonable prices and was friendly. The kitchen and bathroom was also very clean. It was a great experience considering I have a baby and a pet. Thanks !

Ankita's place was just right for our family of 7 (with 3 kids) traveling on a holiday. It's close to the Mysore city but still tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Very nicely designed house with all the comfort one would need. We were well taken care by Naveen and had a wonderful 2 nights at the place. Will definitely recommend and return.
