Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hveragerði

Arni and Lucie were fantastic hosts. They responded really quickly to my numerous questions and were really helpful with suggestions and answers. The flat was immaculate, beautifully presented and at the heart of downtown Reykavik. A brilliant host and brilliant property.

Fantastic location. Extremely walkable to downtown and the Main Street with bakeries, restaurants and shops. Parking is not too difficult to find. Typically parked in P2/3. Bed was actually quite comfortable as well. Overall great place, would rent again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the place was just as described and perfect for a couple or two traveler's looking to stay near Reykjavik (15 min drive). Lots of amenities nearby such as grocery stores, wine, beer, and spirits store, gas stations, bakeries and restaurants. Close to the highway which makes for easy day trip travel to places like Thingvellir National Park (30 mins), Geysir Hot Springs (1h 20m), and Gullfoss (1h 30m). Linda was very responsive and a pleasant host, would highly recommend.

This was a hidden jem! I would definitely recommend the house to my friends. The house was clean, well maintained and well decorated. It was warm and I could find everything I needed to make dinners. The house was much prettier and cleaner than the pictures! It was a good location to enjoy the beauty of the nature nearby. I could see the northern lights in the garden and my family had an unforgettable experience. The host was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend the place.

The location of this apartment was perfect. If you plan on staying in Reykja ic or taking public transport, you don't need a vehicle here. It was a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops. There was free parking a few blocks away, but parking right outside the apartment was free after 6PM. The apartment was clean and easy to get to. We found eating at restaurants very expensive. So, it was nice to have a small kitchen to make some of our meals!

What a great place to stay! I have stayed in various places in Iceland and this place has to be one of my favourites. Very quiet and out of the town, right by the sea. Perfect location for me. The apartment was perfectly presented and very comfortable. I don’t usually sleep well in a new place but I slept like a log each night. Maria and family were extremely pleasant when we had a short interaction. Everything about the stay here was perfect and I’d definitely stay again.

This Airbnb is centrally located in Reykjavik and is walkable to tons of restaurants, bakeries, and shopping. If you don't want to walk so much, the transit busses will get you pretty close to anywhere in the city you are wanting to visit. There is street parking all around the Airbnb, and I never had to search for more than a few minutes to find a spot. I would recommend looking for a spot in the P3 zone, as it is much cheaper than the P2 zone that is immediately outside the Airbnb - I parked in both depending on what was available. The Airbnb itself is incredible - very cozy and has everything you need. The radiant heaters do a great job of warming the place and the hot water supply/pressure in the shower is amazing. The bed and linens were very comfortable. It was a little too cold (-15c windchill) to utilitize the rooftop patio, but it is relatively private and has a really cool view of the surrounding neighborhood - I would absolutely spend time out there in the summer.

Great and responsive communication with Solla. She is very accommodating. I hurt by back and looking forward to check in early to rest and Solla made it happened. Solla's is very sweet and had homemade cookies ready to welcome us. The place is conveniently located in a very nice neighborhood. Couple minutes walk to the beautiful beach, etc. Thank you, Solla!

Thank you so much to Anthony for making our stay just perfect. What a beautiful, cosy cottage. Stand outs were the amazingly comfy beds, gorgeous rain shower and underfloor heating! Great location to get away on day ventures then come back to relax and unwind in a home that feels like home! Hope to return one day :)

Saw the strongest aurora the night of our stay here! There were no washer and dryer in the house though. Everything else was perfect

Great house with excellent views!

This is a wonderful property, and the host was very welcoming and responsive. Our group was impressed from the moment we walked in: was spotlessly clean, had a whole library of books and games available, and had all the amenities you could need in the kitchen (including a bowl of cookies left out!). The instructions were clear on the hot tub, and the back patio was a perfect setup to relax there in the evening after a long day of hiking. The property was a very short drive into the town, where there were a handful of nice restaurants, delicious bakery, and grocery store. We slept with the windows open, and had an easy time getting the room to a comfortable temperature for us. There wasn’t often noise in the neighborhood, but the windows were excellent at soundproofing when there was. Overall, was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone coming through the area.

We loved this place so much and were very sad when we had to leave. The house is beautifully furnished, has all the amenities (and more) that one needs for existing during vacation. The communication with Oskar was flawless - he was very helpful and quick to reply. The location is great to reach Golden Circle and also for a quick trip to Reykjavik (only 40min driving). We (3 adults) stayed here for 4 nights but would book again when back to Iceland.

Burma’s beautiful home is ideal for anyone who wants two bathrooms (hard to find in Iceland) and plenty of space. It’s in a quaint small town very close to the Golden Circle and not far from Selfoss, which has more substantial amenities. Easy drive to Gullfoss and Geysir, and a small grocery is within walking distance of the house. The views from the sunroom are beautiful. The kitchen is modern, functional, and spacious. The outdoor area, including the hot tub, is wonderful in the evening. The nearby restaurants, including those in Reykholt, are wonderful! We highly recommend this place for people who want extra space and don’t want to stay in the busy capital city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house was our most beautiful and comfortable on our two-week tour on the ring road. The amenities are high quality, but cozy. Nothing is missing here! The hot tub on the terrace is also a dream. Our best experience was a northern lights. There is no light pollution all around, the terrace goes around the house, the ideal place for the Aurora. Beautifully quiet location, close to the Golden Circle and Reykjavik. From here you can make many excursions. Many thanks to Sigurdur for the friendly and problem-free communication! ❤️

I've been to nice AirBnBs in Reykjavik before, but this was even better. It truly had everything I needed (like that Nespresso machine), was close to everything (restaurants, shopping, art museum, grocery store) and was the quiet retreat I needed in the evenings. Just a lovely place for a lovely stay.

Very cozy and well-equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood, not too far to walk from the central downtown streets. Easy and simple self-checkin. Well-equipped kitchen and a nice coffee machine. There's a pizzeria and shawarma place farther up along the same street, and a small but nice convenience store within a quick walk south, and some larger supermarkets a slightly longer walk, but still not too far, along the coast to the northwest. Can highly recommend!

The location and Airbnb were excellent and we would definitely stay there again. My wife and I had our own bedroom and our child had their own. The kitchen and living room were amazing. The location is perfect for walking anywhere in Reykjavik. I would recommend this location to anyone. My only note is that it should be more clear which loft if the Airbnb. We accidentally tried the provided combo on a neighbor's electronic lock and bothered them. It's the left-most loft and the second and third floors.

Great place with great hosts. We loved this apartment - it felt like a home away from home and we didn't want to leave. It is comfortable, cosy and warm, beautifully furnished and finished, has a pretty back garden, and is stocked with everything you might need - and more. It was great having a washing machine and dryer, laundry detergent, bathroom supplies, and kitchen basics including a hot plate so we could cook. The living room is full of records, CDs, and beautiful books. The location is perfect - a peaceful residential area, but just outside the centre so you can walk there in a few minutes. Also, the tour companies in Reykjavik pick you up from specific pickup points, and this apartment is conveniently only a few minutes walk from one of them. The hosts were so nice - friendly, accommodating, responsive. They really went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible, giving us things like a yoga mat and even glue when we asked! We are looking forward to returning :)

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Place was great, pretty much as described. Very clean, easy parking, nice setup. Audur was very helpful and responsive. Neighborhood was quiet.

Absolutely fantastic stay! This Airbnb was the perfect spot for exploring Reykjavik—right in the heart of everything. The space was beautiful and had all the amenities we could want, from a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities to comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and extra blankets. Even the small touches, like high-quality glassware and great hair dryers, made a difference. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back and stay again! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Reykjavik!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The amenities in the kitchen could have been a little better. Also, there could have been something cleaner. We still felt very comfortable and the location was quiet and central we would come back again!
