It’s also close to a beautiful walking path (Ægissíða) along the sea. The flight bus stops close by. Buses nr. 11 and 15 stop right outside. Free parking right out side the building. The owners live on the first floor ready to help and give advise. Host welcome guests with keys etc. on arrival. The house is in a nice street with free parking. Location is near tour pick ups. If there are more than 5 persons staying, we have a couch in the living room that can be pulled out for two to sleep in

Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. No public transport. Enjoy the hot tube in the evening and watch for the Northern Lights, then rest inside and amid wood paneling that extends to the vaulted ceilings, and look out forest-wards from the deck. The International airport is 40-50 minutes drive. Ideal located for exploring the South West.

Perfect base near the highways to the primary tourist locations such as Thingvellir, Gullfoss, Geysir and the South Coast with the waterfalls, glaciers etc. Comfy one mattress bed (160x200cm=63x79in), tiny new bathroom, a kitchenette to make simple meals in the living room as well as a TV with Netflix. We absolutely loved Zoei's garden and will definitely return if we find ourselves back in Iceland. Everything was just perfect, from the gorgeous home, to the lovely and well-designed interior to the (OMG) best private geothermal hot tub. Godo the friendly cat was just the icing on top. Zoei's place was well-stocked and had everything our family with 2 littles desired and if I could, I would give her place 10 stars! Definitely our favorite place in Iceland and even a top overall.

A great quiet location in a very nice neighborhood. Have to have a car but can easily drive to local mall, Reykjavik, etc. we wanted a place to rest before flying out and this was perfect. The kitchen and some finishes were older than expected given photos, but very clean and quiet with a washer, drying rack and usb adaptor. Lovely chocolate and coffee maker as well. Beds very comfy.

We had such a wonderful stay here - this is a cosy farm stay close enough to Reykjavík but far enough to have clear skies to see the Northern Lights if you’re lucky enough. We absolutely loved the kitchen, the coffee moccamaster and having access to a washing machine. A super warm, nicely decorated place and huge bed! Probably one of my favourite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Disa is super lovely and so is Bonzo the dog! Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Iceland ❤️

Sesselja provides all the information you need before you arrive and is very responsive if you have any questions or problems. A small problem with the shower was solved within a few hours, with the gift of a good dessert! The flat is well equipped, so I didn't lack anything during my week. The city centre can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and there are plenty of shops within walking distance. Thank you for everything!

Host was very accommodating for our check in as we arrived in Iceland on a 6am flight. Check in was smooth and the place was described exactly how it was. We felt right at home with all the amenities provided. They even provided safety gates for the stairs as we were traveling with a toddler. If you’re lucky, you could see Auroras through these beautiful glass windows (I think we were too late for Aurora season). It’s private yet accessible, with Bonus and gas stations within less than 5 minutes away. The place is ideally located for exploring the Golden Circle. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely visit again if we are back in Iceland.

Just back from a 5 night stay in Iceland. The property is perfectly situated in Reykjavík, located only a short distance from the centre where you will find lots of great restaurants and cafes. The property itself was a real home from home and had everything you would need. We travelled with our 3 and 6 year old children who loved the bunk bed, toys and games 😊 Overall a great stay! Would highly recommend! Thanks!

Loved our stay there. Spent about a week and had everything we needed. We try to pack light and made great use of the washing machine and massive drying rack (I took a pic because I want one at home) we got a bit confused finding the place but Arnar was there greet us and came down to the street and turned we were right in front of it. Tons of space and peaceful but also right near main part of town. We walked whenever we did things in town. Also very responsive. I asked questions before during and after our trip and he was always very available. Highly recommend this place for any group.
