The house is simply wonderful. We had 3 great days at the house and were able to watch the whales. For us, this house was a highlight in Iceland. Always happy...Thank you for that!

We absolutely loved our 2 nights here. This is my 8th time in Iceland and we will definitely be coming back to stay at Olafia’s the next time we’re in Akureyri. It was so peaceful and cozy. We loved getting to see their gorgeous horses too.

VILLA MAFINI. Amazing panorama over Akureyri

WarrenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Anna's place was awesome and a short drive to Akureyri. It easily accommodated our group of 6 and could have handled more. The views from the house were spectacular. As an added bonus the northern lights were incredible the night we stayed and the view of the "show" was incredible!

Peace, elegance + stunning views from your hot tub

ImadRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Easily one of the top 3 Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. The location provides a breathtaking view of the valley, and dark skies provided spectacular auroras at night. The hot tub was a fantastic way to sit outside for hours despite the cold and watch the dancing lights in the sky. Meanwhile, the beds and couches were all very comfortable, the appliances and kitchen all functional and clean. I could honestly stay here for ever, and will certainly try my absolute best to come back.

Björkin - Cozy Cabin with excellent view

MarieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The little house overlooking Akureyri is really perfect. The location is beautiful and it is not far to downtown, you have a view over the entire city and the fjord and the accommodation itself is very homely and beautifully decorated. We lacked nothing and everything was perfect all around.
