Great house for our girls’ trip. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was its convenient proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back.

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

The home itself was outstanding. There were some issues with pool and hot tub but they were due to issues not in control of the hosts. What really stood out was how quickly and efficiently the hosts responded to address. The issues were not their fault and they went above and beyond and I will definitely stay again next time I make my way down! Super hosts that are above and beyond fair, communicative, and flexible!

We had a great stay with our dogs! The fenced in yard is great. Our dogs loved it! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and it was close to the beach. About a 10+ minute drive just depending on traffic.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Peaceful and quiet. Host were very responsive and checked on us throughout. We will definitely be staying again.

My family and I came down to vacation for the week. We were new to the Pensacola area. The property was perfect and the pictures matched the description! beautiful home, pool was perfect for lazy afternoons after a morning at the beach! (just a short quick drive to pensacola beach) had a great time and would stay here again if ever in the area!

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

We had a fantastic week! Kids loved the pool, ping pong, and cornhole! We had everything we needed and Matthew was fast to respond to any questions. We had a lot of fun taking golf cart on drives around town as well. Highly recommend this place!

My family loved staying here! The home has EVERYTHING one could need. You really only need to bring your clothes, groceries, and self! It is truly a home away from home. The screened in porch was my favorite part. The king beds are very comfortable (supportive but not hard). The smaller bed seems to be on the firm side (we didn't use it but I would recommend an egg crate topper if you like more cushion). The price is great but the little details are what truly set this place apart from the others. All bedrooms have lamps, portable fans, and TVs. The kitchen has any dish you could need plus lots of extras like spices, dog bowls, etc. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. A huge thanks to Nancy for being such a fantastic host!

Wonderful Stay at Miramar Beach! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb in Miramar Beach, FL! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area and the well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay at The Josephine was exceptional!The property was beautiful and incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our family of eight. It was spotlessly clean. Stunningly beautiful, clean, and most of all very accommodating home. Linda communicated well and was able to troubleshoot a minor issue within minutes. The home was spacious, with great decor. Linens and furniture were clean and in good taste. Entry was super easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. We may be coming back every year.

This home was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and private. The house was also equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Clean and conveniently located with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed having our own pool as well as having access to the large resort-like community pool. Only 2mins from beach in the included golf cart.

The pool and the deck outside was a hit... we loved all the supplies we had..

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

We've been vacationing along 30A almost two decades, and this our favorite home and location to date. Easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, super quick golf cart trip to Cowgirl Kitchen, gorgeous home, and a private pool. It smells and looks brand new. :)

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

We totally enjoyed our stay at The Coral Sea Cottage! We had 8 adults + 10 kids and this space worked out really well for us. The neighborhood was lovely, the pool was great and we had everything that we needed at the house. We had a couple so small maintenance things that we reached out about and Graham was very quick to reply and offer assistance. We are already looking at trying to book again for next year!
