Very nice and spacious house, I was there with a friend - we were invited to a wedding - we were able to relax wonderfully. Highly recommended. Anne is a very friendly and dedicated hostess.

Everything was great. The host is very helpful and responsive. Everything is as described.

We were in this special cabin to escape the ordinary a bit. And that worked out well. The tranquility by the lake and the possibility to walk right into and through the forest was just great. Christine was a super hostess; always available and always nice. With her cozy hut, she has created a place where you can quickly leave everyday life behind. Thank you for that!

Were there for over two days, was nicely arranged, with folders where directions and restaurants were listed. Public transport is also easily accessible. All around a nice place, no problems recommending it.

A narrow steep staircase leads to the attic accommodation. The property consists of a single room + bathroom. Neither was clear to me when I read the listing, so maybe I missed it. Furniture + bathroom partly already older, but I don't think it's that bad. Otherwise very good, especially for the price!

Sandra and Thorsten were more than just hosts, very kind and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there. Whenevery I asked a question or there was a problem, they would answer in 10 minutes and do something about it. Very responsive, for example the toaster was broken and they ordered a new one in 10 minutes and I had it by tomorrow. Everything you need is in the flat: many towels, good toilete paper and towel paper quality. Enough dishes and equipment to cook. There is even a coffee machine. Also there is a big Aldi in 15 minute walk where you can find everything. There are enough buses and also tram U35 to get you everywhere in the city. I stayed 6 days to attend a workshop in Ruhr Uni and the location of their flat was perfect for me. Every morning I took a 30-min walk across the park which was very refreshing and joyful, and on my way back I could buy whatever I needed from Aldi. Just remember to ventilate the place everyday for having a perfect experience.

We stayed here for longer time and enjoyed every hour of it. You couldn't ask for better hosts than Birgit and Christoph and their four legged friend Molly . Am truly surprised how kind and helpful strangers can be. We arrived as strangers but leave as really close friends. And we are more than eager to return once more , till next meeting 👋
