Beautiful home! Very nicely decorated and the location was convenient to get anywhere! I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone travelling to Hobart and in need of accommodation!

This apartment is amazing! Spacious and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, nestled above a quieter street just out of the hustle and bustle of Hobart's CBD. The location makes the CBD very accessible by foot without being overwhelmed by traffic and noise. The beds are quality and make for a great night's sleep. There's a six burner gas stove in the kitchen with decent quality pots and pans to play with which compliments a lovely dining room overlooking Elizabeth Street. So, although there are plenty of options to eat out in the immediate vicinity, this apartment is a great option for those wanting to make use of the amazing Tasmanian produce on their own terms. can't wait untill my next stay...

We really enjoyed our week stay at the studio. It was spotless clean and fresh and the location is perfect. Easy to get to the CBD and the beautiful esplanade of Sandy Bay. The studio is well equipped and the bed is so comfortable that we think we might get the same matrass for our home. We loved the little courtyard where the blackbirds were busy ravaging the cherry tree and it was nice to sit at the kitchen table and watch the rain outside. A very relaxing place. We also found it interesting that Erroll Flynns house was just around the corner at 60 Duke St. This is a nice area for walks, taking in the georgeous cottages and the view of the mountain. One of our best daytrips was the drive to Bruny Island which is a hidden beautiful natural paradise with long pristine beaches and an aboundance of wildlife. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we hope to return again in the not to far future. Thank you to Vicki and Gary for the friendly hospitality. We gave it 10 stars!

This place is an absolute gem, perfect for a peaceful and revitalising getaway in Hobart. The pictures don’t do it justice. The decor is stunning, and the apartment feels very private. The kitchen is well equipped for easy holiday meals. The view is unbeatable. We loved sitting on the porch with a drink at the end of the day and soaking in the serenity. Later in the evening, we saw a wallaby prancing around the garden. Wayne and Justina were responsive and friendly, making our stay effortless and relaxing. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. Excellent accommodation at a fantastic price — we can’t wait to return. Just a note: there is a steep flight of stairs leading up to the door, which wasn’t an issue for us but something to keep in mind.

Absolutely amazing stay, extremely easy to check in. Apartment had everything you’d think you’d need, from board games to sunscreen and hair irons. The host was responsive and friendly, and overall we never had a problem with our stay. The location is perfectly in between the airport and city only being a 15min drive away. Very closed to the beach and multiple lookouts, which are absolutely stunning. 100% would go back and stay here again, highly recommend.

A lovely experience staying here. It begun with really friendly communication from the owner & only improved to find a beautiful apartment which was spotlessly clean, set up wonderfully & really well equipped with anything you could need. A very peaceful area, nice views, close to the water & close to the shops. We loved it so much we've already booked our next stay.

We had the best time! Spacious, entertaining, clean and had absolutely everything you would need. Perfect for families and friends to get together and enjoy all this house has to offer. We lived in the pool and games room, which was great as it is away from the bedrooms, so when the littlest people in the house needed the quiet for day sleeps, it worked perfectly. The hamper on arrival was also a kind gesture, and greatly appreciated.

Jacqui was so great at communicating and just felt super welcoming! The view is spectacular. it was a short stop for us but our 3yo had a great time and we had everything we needed for our 8month old too.

The property is heaven, a peaceful private location secluded from the main house that is very well appointed. We loved cooking on the outdoor fire and the outdoor hot tub. The property is very well appointed and only 15 minutes from Sorell to stock up on essentials then you have everything you need for an relaxing stay. The property also provides amenities if you don't want to go to the shops. Everything in the design has been so thoughtfully considered from windows to furnishings and amenities. Would highly recommend for that special getaway.

We had a wonderful time at Ken’s place while visiting Hobart. The backyard view is stunning, a bushland at the doorstep that makes you feel immersed in nature, even though you are so close to the city. We saw wallabies, echidnas and many birds in the backyard. The place is very comfortable and quiet, with a great and original interior design. Ken was always responsive and friendly. In general we had a great experience!

Both the place and view was magnificent!! The airbnb was clean and looks exactly like what was shown on the pics. Checking in was a breeze too! Definitely coming back again! 💯

Second time I’ve stayed at Arthurton central and loved it. Beautifully luxurious in all inclusions and amenities. Well appointed kitchen and large, comfortable bedrooms. Easy walk to Salamanca and battery point. A wonderful property and very communicative and helpful host.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Hobart. One of the major reasons was the place we stayed. First of all, the room was very clean and well decorated. Next, there were many available items and kitchenware. Also, there was a fireplace that came surprisingly handy when we got to roast marshmallows. The location is very close to many famous places in Hobart and the hosts were very friendly and recommended a local restaurant to us. The only problem was the steep and narrow driveway. But overall it was a very nice place to stay.

My family and I loved this stay so much! The house was amazing and the neighbourhood was so peaceful. The drive to the house was beautiful too. Brian provided everything from towels to soap and even milk, water and an abalone that he personally dive scratched! Truly appreciated the lengths he went to make sure that we were comfortable. He provided clear check in and check out instructions made everything so seamless. 10/10 will recommend this place and will definitely book again when I’m in Hobart!

Loved staying at Brian’s place. The view was great and everything we needed (except a grater) was there. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds (although hubby found main bed to be really hard). There were lots of little extras like cooking oil and butter and baking paper. The gift was also greatly appreciated. Brian was a great host and we loved the space and all the beautiful plants. I also hadn’t realised that there was someone staying downstairs which was fine as we had very separate spaces. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful! I stayed a few weeks and had everything I needed to be comfortable i.e. well stocked kitchen, laundry and very comfortable bed. The roomy balcony is fantastic for watching the water and the beach..minutes away. I enjoyed walking around Bellerive bluff to the shops and cafes. 20 minute drive to CBD or airport or beaches. Benji is kind, responsive and very helpful. Expect quirky decor and a few stairs up to the door. There is an off-street car space. I highly recommend this sweet clean little unit.
