Free on/off street parking, Wifi, smart tv, well equipped kitchen with pantry staples. Childrens toys, high chair, stroller, a large deck, and Weber BBQ etc. This private double glazed, north facing glasshouse is in a leafy heritage street with superb mountain views. Its a supremely sunny, warm light-filled home.

Ideal location for access to the CBD, waterfront, Salamanca, airport. Easy walk to cafes, hotels and IGA, the best small supermarket in town. A sophisticated and private apartment with an art gallery feel that is very light and well equipped. Views of the bridge from upstairs and close to the riverside walking track. 7 min drive from the CBD. There is a small table within the lounge-room space since there is not a separate dining area in the kitchen. The apartment is ideal for 2 but will accommodate 3 since there is a double bed in the second bedroom but limited storage. There is a childproof gate at the bottom of the stairs.
