I had the most amazing stay at this cozy spot in the heart of Melville! The location is perfect tucked away in a peaceful area but still close to all the vibrant cafes, trendy bars, and unique shops that make Melville so special. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor patio was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The host was exceptional so friendly and responsive! They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and even shared great recommendations for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city for both singles and couples. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this is the perfect base to experience the charm and energy of Melville. I can’t wait to come back!

This place is lovely, clean and tidy. It is also located within a gated estate which has a gym and pool. Security is great too. The area is also pretty well connected and has a bunch of stuff quite nearby. The host is awesome, helpful and their communication has been on point during our stay. Overall, awesome getaway and would defo revisit.

Great house in quiet area! Especially if you have big family with kids. But even if you are a couple like we - this is amazing big house with all amenities, with 2 bathrooms, wash machine, dishwasher, big fridge if you like to cook, big stove, perfect kitchen! Also you will have big own territory, space for few cars, electric gates with electric fence. I want to say about owner Tristan - he was gentle and kind but didn’t disturb us without reason what we really appreciate. You will not regret if you book this house. Oh, and important! You will have really big bed in main bedroom! =)

The home is in a beautiful neighborhood about a 5 mins drive to Rosebank Mall and 20mins to Sandton. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, We felt very safe and even walked for pastries one morning. Restaurants are plentiful in the area. Happy and Steve were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us.

Howard's place really felt like home. My daughter enjoyed playing with the toys and the pool. The place was well equipped and the little cat, Tiki was so sweet to have around us.

We had amazing a stay. The house is so clean and spacious. The garden is beautiful and the neighborhood is peaceful. Thabo, Lerato and Paula are such great hosts, they made our stay even more enjoyable.

I would recommend this house to anyone! It is VERY well equipped, linen used is amazing quality, Netflix at no charge, property very secure we wanted for nothing.... except to stay much longer. But alas, back to normality. We're planning a trip back in October 2026 and hope we'll have the opportunity to stay again. Carol and Ernest are wonderful to deal with; always accommodating, checking on our stay and very prompt to reply to any question we had. They truly go alone and beyond to help. Stay here. You will not regret it.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! From the start, the host’s communication was seamless and welcoming, ensuring everything was easy and stress-free. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find a beautifully decorated, spotless space that instantly felt like home. The thoughtful touches truly made the experience stand out—soft towels, high-quality amenities, and a cozy ambiance that made me want to settle in right away. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed for a quick meal or a relaxing morning coffee. This is the only place I’ll ever stay when I visit Johannesburg. It was my second stay and the place is starting to feel more like home than my actual home. The location on the top floor means I never hear noise from neighbours. The apartment complex is very safe and the parking is attached to a mall, meaning it feels extra secure especially when arriving at night. Bedfordview is a great location which is central to all of Joburg, and the apartment specifically is located perfectly next to a shopping centre which you can walk to through the underground car park. Everything is right on your doorstep, gym, food, salons, etc. I personally found the amenities offered to exceed my expectations of an AirBNB. Cleaning services can be arranged by the host for a reasonable price, and I found the cleaning lady to be efficient and trustworthy. As usual with this property the only disappointment during my stay was when I had to leave! 11/10 Thanks again Berneen.

Fatima’s place is every guest dream come true, the place is super clean and veery comfortable. the building is easy to reach, has excellent security, heated pool which is also super clean, sauna which is very easy to operate and takes just 5 minutes to heat up, and a great gymn, all accessible 24 hrs. We enjoyed the stay.. will definetly come again and recommend it to any guest. Fatima is a great host and went extra mile to provide us with a smoothie maker, we really appreciate this a lot.
