Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Houghton Estate

We had a fantastic stay at Luis's place. A special thanks to Johnny and Agnes for attending our every need. The accommodation is spacious and clean with plenty of outdoor space. The kids enjoyed the swings and slides and the adults enjoyed the braai area with the seating appropriately arranged. The area is safe with secure access and within easy access to shopping and the freeway. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We will definitely stay again.

My family had an absolute blast at Marten's place - it caters for everyone. It was a surprisingly peaceful retreat in the middle of busy surburb. We'll be back.

The house was really very cute and the interior was well decorated. The place is much better than what it looks like in the photos. Perfect either for a single person or for a couple. The condo house is inside the compound where the host also stays along with her family. There's a huge garden and a swimming pool. The neighborhood is pretty safe and Spar, mini snack outlets are close by within 10-15mons walk from the house. Enjoyed staying here and Melinda was really sweet and helpful. 10/10 recommending this place.

I had an amazing stay at this cozy and luxurious villa in Johannesburg. The home was beautifully designed, offering both comfort and elegance. Ben and Simi were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The staff were equally wonderful—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Mbali is an outstanding host, and her place is absolutely stunning.

A wonderful one-night stay in this beautiful, peaceful spot ready for an early morning Bill Harrops hot air balloon ride the next day (just a 10 minute drive away). As they had no guests checking in, Elize and Paul kindly let us go back and stay as long as we wanted. It was wonderful to drink our coffee out on the deck watching the dozens of cape vultures overhead and a multitude of small, colourful birds in the tree next to us. As we left there were zebra in the field next to us. It’s rustic, yes, but perfectly comfortable, well equipped and great value for money. We would love to go back!

We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at this property. The space was perfect for our large group, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The pictures on Airbnb accurately represent the property, so there were no surprises upon arrival. Daphne was very accessible and communicated clearly throughout the booking and stay. While accessing the location was a bit challenging, co-host Beezy was incredibly helpful and patient. Beezy made sure we had clear directions and kept us at ease throughout the process, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious, rustic experience and serene getaway!

Jacqui is an amazing host, quick to respond and she keeps a beautiful cabin! The place was perfect for our needs to have a peaceful getaway for the weekend before the Silly Season rush truly begins. The little pool was a huge bonus on a very hot weekend and waking up to a family of Egyptian geese was just the cherry on the top! Thank you Jacqui!!

If you just want to be, and relax in nature, this private, quiet spot is for you! Also lots to go and do in and around Harties, if you want, or need to. We had a memorial stay @ Spasie 30! Highly recommended! Thank you 'Team Spasie'! God Willing we will visit again! Regards Elizabeth and Marais.

Wonderful place and extremely great responsive host . Got lost and Monica answered promptly . The steep hill though ,quite steep but the view was worth it . Definitely coming back!
