The space
It is a bright and exterior double room. There is a wide area for the bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable and big bed (180 cm x 200 cm). Besides, there is a small and cosy balcony.

There is an amazing full-equipped bathroom with shower. The toilet is in a separate area, which allows a very convenient shared use.

The details like the natural stone counter-top, the restored wooden windows or the hand-painted hydraulic tiles make this bathroom an exquisite corner.

It is located on the second floor of the building 1, in which there is NO lift.

Guest access
This splendid place offers the possibility to use and enjoy some shared areas.

Change of towels and cleaning every two days are included in the price.

On the ground floor of the building 1, there is the reception, the area for breakfast, a working area, a reading area... a place to rest and to meet up if you are willing to get out of your private apartment, suite or room

There is also access to the large sun terrace in the building 1, a magnificent place to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean climate peacefully and ignoring the hustle and bustle of the city: an oasis.

Design, quality, tradition, and closeness are radiated from a lovely set of completely renovated Majorcan buildings in the heart of the city. Your private oasis in Palma de Mallorca!

We have eleven rooms for your enjoyment. Four completely equipped and totally independent apartments and seven rooms. Of the 7 rooms, we have three junior suites with living room, two of them with private terrace, a double room accessible for wheelchair and three double rooms.

All rooms are totally private, no shared use, are fully furnished and equipped and have access to a roof terrace and a fantastic common area with different areas to work, lounges and breakfast included (in the near future, check availability)

The nice and quiet property was unbeatably located in the historic centre of Palma. Right next to it, you will find Grand Hotel, a Lluís Domènech i Montaner's architectural masterpiece from 1903. Gran Hotel dazzles all visitors who make their way from La Rambla to Passeig del Born. The modernist icon that characterizes Gran Hotel façade made this landmark building become a must, as it has always been considered one of the most fascinating buildings in Palma.

Consequently, the location of the buildings are ideal to discover the capital and the rest of the island.
