Simy was a great host! Very responsive & helpful. The place was incredible & the views were absolutely beautiful. Relaxing in the hot tub with the view was truly amazing & we cannot wait to visit again soon!

Such a lovely home. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. This place is great for large groups. Also people with dogs will really appreciate the enclosed backyard. The living room with the couch with multiple recliner chairs was sublime especially for the nights we watched movies on the massive TV with theater surround sound. The beds were comfortable. All three bathrooms had a luxurious feeling to them. Literally ever space in the house was comfortable and felt large. Also great host! Any questions we had Jon got back to us in minutes with an answer. We will go back for sure!!

My 2 best friends and I love visiting the North Coast every year for a relaxing getaway. We think we have found our dream home for that trip from now on. The house was just as pictured and Pauline was a lovely, thoughtful host. She was very informative and helpful leading up to the trip and then following our orientation, left us to enjoy her beautiful cottage. The house is 3 minutes from the grocery store in Fortuna so very accessible but nestled up in the redwoods making you feel like you are out in the middle of nowhere. We each had our own room and were very comfortable. Thank you again for sharing your unique cottage with us!

We had such a great time at this Shelter Cove Airbnb. The huge deck with a fire pit was an amazing spot to unwind and enjoy the ocean views and sunset. The yard was big and perfect for our dogs to run around and although it isn’t fenced in it was still a nice place to play. The backyard off the master was fenced in and had a nice little jet tub which was great for 1 or 2 people to sit intimately together. Inside there were plenty of spots to relax and the big dining table made it easy for us to enjoy meals together. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook which was really convenient. Plus the beach was just a short walk away so it was easy to enjoy the coast whenever we wanted. Overall this place had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Brian is great. he called us to find out what time we are arriving and gave us a tour of the place. We loved it. you must try the Pizza from avenue cafe very well made.

Wow- What A View! was exactly as described, a great deal, and very enjoyable. We arrived after dark and had no issues finding the location and entering using the lock box key. We were able to bring our dog (loved this) and used the provided sheets to protect furniture. My absolute favorite part was the view from the kitchen and living rooms and the convenient walking distance to the ocean. We happened to be there at the same time as a storm and were able to witness some truly memorable waves. We ate at a few recommended restaurants in town and were also able to cook a few meals in. We played board games and enjoyed some time away from the hustle and bustle of life. Truly a great birthday present. Thank you!!

Great stay! Had all the basics that we could need. Super responsive. Would recommend and would come back.

Mahlah was very nice, she worked with me on a date change which was very much appreciated. We loved the house, it was everything we expected/wanted and more. It was perfect for us and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The beach theme was warm and welcoming. We cannot wait to go back. We made wonderful memories with our family there.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this airbnb! The location feels so private and has beautiful scenery. We would definitely want to visit again. The checkin was so easy and convenient with a number code to get in. Host was extremely friendly and responsive
