Monthly Rentals in Hilmteich

The apartment was very nice, just like in the pictures. Martin was very responsive, friendly, explained everything and was always available for additional questions. The apartment is in a top location, close to the center, with most attractions within walking distance. We also found the garden very useful for sitting and relaxing. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Great location and had all the amenities as described! Typical to Austria most places don’t have aircon so was a hot summer but the fans supplied really helped. The location is the best - near the park, walkable to the city and university. Highly recommend this area and this apartment. Should note there is no lift to 3rd floor so would be an issue for people with a disability. Overall my 6 week stay was very comfortable!
