Monthly Rentals in Highlands Ranch

Our 3 month stay at Marilyn's was fantastic! It truly felt like a home away from home. Her responsiveness and the amenities provided were outstanding. Her house was very clean. There were plenty of toys for our 2 year old to play with, which is an added bonus for families. We would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING! Great place to stay for a few days or a week! Absolutely recommend for folks looking to spend an extended stay in the Denver/DTC area! The in-unit laundry and full kitchen are great amenities and really make the unit feel like home for extended stays, the balcony is perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Walking distance to Target/grocery store, multiple convenience stores/gas stations, liquor store. Chick-fil-a and a great arcade bar! The unit is also conveniently located less than a 10 minute from the light rail station with train service to downtown Denver and the Denver airport All in all I give this unit in Greenwood Village a 15/10! Me and my wife would absolutely recommend this unit and Mile High Spaces to anyone looking for great accommodations in the Denver area! Hope to visit again someday! Danielle is a GREAT host, we had an amazing time!

The host was very prompt with replying to any messages from me. We had a problem with the ice maker in the fridge and he sent out a technician right away. Unfortunately, he was not able to repair it, but the host offered to bring us a bag of ice! We stayed in this house once before and if needed, would be willing to stay there again.

The house is peaceful and located in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places to walk and view the mountains. Grocery stores are within walking distance and the same for restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
