Plenty to do - local hikes, fishing, and a mountain coaster and tubing year round at Highlands Outpost just a few minutes down the road. Highlands is only 10 miles away for a mountain city adventure.

At 4000+ feet & only a 10 min walk to town on the Rhododendron Trail. Totally renovated 2017!! Light & sunny 3 bed/2 bath, 750 sq. ft. Originally built by my wife's g-grandmother in the 1940's. Floor to ceiling shiplap, 17 ft. ceilings, hardwoods, reclaimed barn wood, custom fixtures, heated marble/slate bath floors, tankless water heater, gas fireplace, porch, Wifi, TV, washer/dryer, kitchenette. Beautiful gardens! Classic Highlands charm with modern comforts! Hike, fish, shop, or relax!

This charming two-bedroom, two bathroom cottage is tastefully crafted from vintage pine has a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen and multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas. The 500 square foot screened in Veranda is the cottages "crown jewel". Just minutes to downtown and only a mile to Glenn Falls. The Fire Pit is a must see and enjoy!

Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.

To all of our guests for 2024- FYI : The private lake that is the back drop to our house will be empty all year due to the owner’s development. Rain will allow it to look full at times.
