How do I use my Transaction History?

You can check the status of your payouts at any time on your Transaction History page, found at your Account > Transaction History.

Completed Transactions - When we release a payout to you, it shows under the Completed Transactions tab as "Reservation" with the date of the payout release. Once the payout is being processed by the banking system, the status changes from "Reservation" to "Payout", and the estimated payout date updates to give you an idea of when to expect the funds in your account.

Future Transactions - If the payout is not ready to be released, it will show under Future Transactions as a "Reservation" with the date as "Pending". Using the drop-down menu, you can change your payout method for a particular reservation if the payout is still "Pending".

You can filter transactions by a particular listing, payout method, or date. View details on your payouts by clicking on the reservation code. If you have multiple listings with check-ins on the same day, any payouts going to the same method will be deposited together in one lump sum. For payouts with multiple line items or an adjustment, click to expand for details.

Click "Export to CSV" to have a .csv file of your transactions emailed to you. This spreadsheet includes additional information, including number of nights in a reservation, host service fee paid, and cleaning fees (if you charge one).


We release payouts to hosts 24 hours after a guest checks in. However, the time it takes to receive a payout after it is released will depend on the payout method you have selected. If the status of your payout is "Pending" and it's been more than 24 hours since your guest has checked in, read more for details on when your payout is released.
