When do I pay for a reservation?
If a payment option does not appear in this section, it means the payment option is not currently available and cannot be used.
If the host accepts your reservation request, we charge your payment method for the entire amount at that time. Payments for long-term reservations, however, occur on a monthly basis.
Whether the reservation is two days or two months away, we hold the payment until 24 hours after check-in before giving it to the host. This payment system gives both parties time to make sure that everything is as expected.
