Trying to find your confirmation code? Follow the steps above and you’ll find the code under Reservation details.
Make sure you’re logged in to the same Airbnb account you used to book the reservation. If you booked it using a friend’s or family member’s account, ask them to log in to their account first and send you the reservation, or ask them to invite you as an additional guest.
If you still don’t see your reservation—and never received a reservation confirmation email—your payment may not have gone through, which means the booking was never completed, and won’t appear in your Trips. Check the payment method you used for any declined or reversed charges.
