Find your reservation info

Looking for your reservation info? You can find details about a reservation you’ve booked by going to the message thread with your host, or find it in Trips on the trip map or listed in the trip itinerary.

  1. Click Trips and select your trip
  2. Click the reservation you want to check
  3. Find all your booking information

  2. Select the past reservation you want to check under Past trips
  3. Find all your booking information


Find a canceled reservation

  1. Click Trips
  2. Click Canceled reservations
  3. Select the canceled reservation you want to check
  4. Find all your booking information

If you still can’t find your reservation

Make sure you’re logged in to the same Airbnb account you used to book the reservation. If you booked it using a friend’s or family member’s account, ask them to log in to their account first and send you the reservation, or ask them to invite you as an additional guest.

If you still don’t see your reservation—and never received a reservation confirmation email—your payment may not have gone through, which means the booking was never completed, and won’t appear in your Trips. Check the payment method you used for any declined or reversed charges.
