Depending on the country your guest account is located in, Airbnb supports a variety of payment methods. You’ll see all available payment options at checkout. If you don’t see a payment method, it’s not available in your locale.
Residents of the USA and Canada have the option to pay with Klarna, allowing you to pay over time, rather than all at once. Klarna accepts all major debit and credit cards–like Visa, Discover, Maestro, and Mastercard. Prepaid cards are not accepted. Learn more about Paying with Klarna.
Offline or cash payments are a violation of our Terms of Service, and can result in removal from Airbnb. Off-site payments make it harder for us to protect your information, and put you at greater risk of fraud and other security issues.
